Called in yesterday with my daughter,we were just passing when it started to rain, so it was a perfect time to call for a beer. Very friendly lady behind the bar number of locals in having a drink and a chat. Nice relaxing, friendly atmosphere. Nice local pub with a pool table, darts board, and number of large TV screens. Good selection of beers. There is really good outside area to the rear of the building. Will call again next time I visit my daughter.

The perfect pub. A proper boozer, unpretentious but clean and smart with well kept beer, pool table, jukebox and darts. Sports on TV. Big beer garden. Really friendly staff and clientele! My favourite local.

What an amazing pub this is, I met the love of my life in this pub who I am now marrying in September this year, full of friendly, amazing people who make the pub a great day/night, every Friday there's karaoke, they do not sell food but they have nibbles such as crisps and nuts, the prices are very reasonable and a pool table, also has a lovely garden area which they do BBQ's in some Saturdays, i love this place and highly...

This pub is the best for miles. Lovely warm, welcoming atmosphere due to staff and management friendliness and good service. Spotlessly clean with a large garden area and wide screen tvs all over the pub. With pool table area and darts board. I live in Bromley but always travel to Rising Sun because of the above for the last 2 years. I wouldn't drink anywhere else now. Thank you Rising Sun management. See...
