The White Swan Bar — Restaurant in London

The atmosphere at White Swan is warm and inviting, with soft music, perfect lighting, and a relaxing ambiance. On my very first visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Hassan, the first Pakistani staff member I’ve seen here. From the very beginning, Hassan stood out for his exceptional professionalism, friendly manner, and genuine care in serving customers.

One moment that truly impressed me was when I playfully offered him some extra money for his pocket in exchange for free drinks. Without hesitation, he politely declined, saying, “I can’t cheat my boss.” This level of honesty and loyalty is rare and deserves recognition. Hassan consistently treats me with kindness, respect, and warmth — making me feel more like a valued friend than just a guest.

Really disappointing night on NYE. It was mostly empty, which was fine, but somehow before midnight a toilet was blocked and overflowing, the others had broken seats, piss everywhere, urinals full of vomit. No cleaning done at all, all night. Just really grim. I've also never been hounded by security like that before.
