I recently ordered two skepatsi from Tzatziki to my hotel for the first time, influenced by the positive reviews online. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory and has led me to question the authenticity of those reviews. The food was appalling in both presentation and taste. It appeared to have been sloppily thrown together, lacking any semblance of care or quality. The chicken had an unusual and off-putting taste that made it inedible. The entire meal was so unappetizing that we could not finish it. The photos I took of the food reflect the poor quality and presentation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Tzatziki and urge potential customers to reconsider based on my honest review.

I know good Greek food and Chef Rahman and his staff do an excellent job, fresh ingredients! Great Greek ingredients! Fantastic quality and taste! Located in The Stags Head pub on New Cavendish street. A fantastic Pub, great owner Nigel and staff. Great Greek food, I must stop for Fantastic food and drink.

My husband and I arrived and saw the Stag Head Pub. I was a little confused not knowing that Tzatziki could be ordered from there. A little odd because I was expecting its own Resturant by itself. You order at the bar. The food is PHENOMENAL!! Lamb and chicken souvlaki, and Tzatziki mmmm mmm good!

I must be missing something or people like a two day old Greek salad? Greek Salad: cucumber was exhausted, tomato was depleted, all of it covered in mushed/crumbled feta not a piece in sight, onions were the only things happy albeit we also got a whole side of an onion including the root). We make this salad often, and order it often. This was not fresh, not even a day old.. it was take me to the pasture old. The haloumi sticks: It takes a lot to mess up a haloumi stick. It is a very forgiving cheese. The sticks were just that, sticks. Hard on the outside, hard on the inside. It felt like they were sat under a heated lamp for the day and couldn't be bothered to do anything. Fries: The surprising star of this dinner. OK. Wraps: Just.. meh. Soggy on the inside, the pitta was OK, but the inside was not something that made me want to finish it.

Good fortunes to all those feeling this was a good dinner. There is a world of good food out there that will blow your mind...

This place is random. The lady at the bar is very direct and rude. The food is supplied by a company in the basement/next door and is not part of the pub. I was told I had to buy a drink if I was going to order food. Also food order is not taken at the bar, I was told to find a table and scan a QR code. Whilst the bar lady was pouring my drink she told me to find a table to sit at. I got to the table and she shouted that my pint was ready and I nodded at her. She then mumbled “well are you going to pay or what!” Which I thought was very rude. An Asian chap came up and bought out my food. During the meal it felt like I was invisible in the pub. No one came over to see if the food was ok or if I wanted another drink. I’m sure there are other places much better than this in London and wouldn’t...

I would say the food is very tasty and seems very fresh. Sadly tho the whole place is very confusing, it is not a takeaway shop it’s in a pub but not part of the pub. You have to order online and then pick it up. If you want to eat it there you have to buy a drink separately from the pub. The worst part of the experience is that the bar woman just really doesn’t seem to care and any questions about the food are explained poorly and with contempt. On top of that when ordering online somehow we be charged me a 10% tip which I realised after I paid, which I thought was extremely cheeky as I’m just sitting outside and had to deal with a condescending waitress and a confusing system. I feel bad to give 3 stars as the food deserves...
