London Art Exchange — Attraction in London

Money back after 21months.

They said the proof of the pudding will be in the eating and, while it may have been a rocky road (!), my pudding is about to be served.

My initial investment was in Nov 23 and I was persuaded to take the plunge with a further investment in Mar 24. An agreement was signed. I held my first painting and LAX stored the other two pieces I purchased. Each piece was by Gabreille Malak.

Overall, I am pleased that my intial outlay has been returned in full. The company are fully aware that I wasn't always satisfied with the communication and the lapses in timescales, but ultimately they have delivered and restored my trust and confidence.

Credit is due in no small measure to the likes of Suzanne and Giselle for their professionalism and ability to resolve issues raised. As an investor and father, it was important to have transparency and peace of mind especially when personal circumstances changed.

I am sure LAX will continue to grow and improve as a company in future and I would consider investing in them again. If you find art you love, and are prepared to make a medium term investment, with an element of risk but scope for yielding profit, then look no further and invest with confidence. London Art Exchange make art accessible and cool.

When it was first suggested that I should visit their gallery in Soho Square I was apprehensive because of the reputation of allof and high brow nature of other galleries. I need not have worried as I was made to feel welcome and valued, despite my relative lack of knowledge. I was able to enjoy the art on show and to ask questions of the courteous and friendly staff there.

I have been back a few times now and am learning to enjoy art more and more. I doubt I would be so interested now, had my first experience not been as engaging...

Had a great experience with The London Art Exchange, very professional yet approachable and friendly which is rare in the art world. They have an amazing selection of art for sale and from the first call they were really helpful with guiding me through selling an art piece from my collection, finding a buyer in a matter of days.
