Wasabi Head Office — Restaurant in London

EDIT: so I got an email from someone offering me a £7 voucher code at any of their stores…bit of an insult considering the product in question was £4.35…and I certainly won’t be trying their other products again ! Would prefer a refund waiting to hear back and so far am definitely nit impressed with their head office and you can never get through to actually speak with someone ! Had this for the first time this evening very disappointed -not a huge amount of chicken and didnt taste fresh in parts plus found a long black hair -mine is dark auburn. Will be phoning HO to give feedback . I have tried calling HO but everyone is on voicemail …sent email and hope to get a response following...
