Wenzel's the Bakers — Restaurant in London

I have decided to update my review from the original 5 stars I gave a few weeks ago..... Since then they (I presume management) have decided to put the price of my baguette up by 20% 😡 so much for loyalty... Over the 4+ years I have been spending on average around a tenner each week sometimes more! and have worked it out to be over £2000 in total. This is probably small change to them but that's still money in their pockets then another bakery. To put it all into context my made to order baguette usually consists of a few slices of tomato, cucumber and a bit of cress and depending on which lovely staff are on they may throw in some onion and sweetcorn too. The price I use to pay was still dear but I thought hey its London what can you do... But to suddenly put it up by 20% is outrageous 🤔 ah well...

I' ve visited the shop on Wednesday 19 of June, and I've been surprised by Maria Supervisor attitude, with her large offers, in special the Mexican chicken baguettes, New Yorker baguettes , and the cold Wraps , which looks very tasty..

Maria is a great leader... she knows how to welcome the customers and how to make them happy by offering great attention to their needs... in special when we are talking about the Meal Deals and Offers available ....served them in a friendly and professional manner. Also, her attitude with her colleagues is very professional. She treated them very nicely. I recommend and I will come back with pleasure to buy...

Very rude staff... I ordered two gingerbread man the lady who was serving didn't forgot to put it in my bag came home after 15 minutes of walk checked my bag and gingerbread man were missing. Had to walk back because it was for my children the same lady refuse to give me she said I can't do anything I said I want to talk to manager then she decides to give me but same time she started to moan like I'm taking it for free I said to her " I don't want it anymore I don't think so it's fair on my children having a food that is wrapped by moans and curses. Very rude lady when I asked for her name she started...
