Dear Wenzels Customer Service if you see this.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your representatives on 3/10/2024. I have been a loyal customer of wenzels and I was extremely disappointed with the poor level of customer service and the unprofessional behavior directed towards me during my recent interaction.
The representative whom I wasn’t even speaking to started shouting and getting involved when I was speaking to Sandeep he was being helpful and listening to me but Georgiana??? - brown hair in a bun, brown eyes, exhibited a dismissive and rude attitude throughout our conversation. I felt disrespected as a customer, and instead of resolving my issue, the representative seemed uninterested in helping me. This kind of service is not what I expect from wenzels and it has negatively impacted my experience with your company.
I kindly request that this matter be looked into seriously, and I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary steps to prevent such occurrences in the future. I believe all customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and I trust that wenzels upholds these values.

Read moreI visited your Colindale branch this morning for breakfast and was extremely disappointed with both the food and the service.
I ordered a breakfast roll with mayo and extra cheese. There was barely any sauce inside, so I politely asked for a bit more. Instead of evenly adding it, a large, unappetizing dollop of mayo was simply plonked on top, making the entire roll a mess.
I tried a bite of the roll only to find out that the bread itself was extremely hard-stale to the point it was crumbling in my hands, and the toppings were cold. The excessive mayo only made the experience worse.
When I raised my concerns with the staff, the lady serving me responded with a rude and dismissive attitude, saying “this is how the rolls are.” I didn’t want to escalate the situation, so I handed a full roll back to the staff and asked for a refund instead.
To make matters worse, there was a pigeon walking freely around the shop. One staff member tried to shoo it away, but it ended up flying around the store. This poses a serious health and safety risk, especially with uncovered food nearby.
Overall, the atmosphere and service at the Colindale branch are appalling. The staff clearly need additional training in both customer service and hygiene standards. Based on this experience, I will not...
