Yummy Thai — Restaurant in London

This is the worst NOT Thai food I HAVE EVER EATEN the restaurant isn’t even run by Thai people! What a joke!...where do I start...first of all the pad Thai used linguine and not actual traditional Thai noodles...all the platters were soggy and sweating. The delivery took 1 hour and 30 minutes. We placed the order at 6:30 and was told the food would take 20-25 minutes. I had to then call at 19:12 and the owner was rude and told us that the delivery driver would be there soon...food didn’t arrive until 20:15 and wasn’t even hot. The chicken was bland and had the texture of hard rubber. We called again at 20:15 to complain and the owner was difficult and rude again. All the food was disgusting and went straight in the bin...I will never order from here again! Beware of non Thai food at a Thai restaurant! Yummy Thai? More like disgusting...

Absolutely horrendous experience. Ordered on Uber Eats. Food took over an hour and a half to arrive. Restaurant failed to pick up the phone for over 20 mins after the order was due. When I eventually got through the person on the phone, he continued to argue with me that he had 8 minutes left for delivery according to the app. No apology, no decency and no service. He proceeded to then hang up on me with nothing further. Food eventually arrived. Chicken satay was completely in edible and chewing. Jungle curry predominantly water and spring rolls completely dry and luke warm. Absolutely horrendous experience from start to finish. I would strongly avoid at all costs. Poor quality food, no form of customer care or service and ridiculously late. If only I could...

One of the most expensive takeaways I’ve ever purchased, which if you were satisfied you could somewhat justify, however 2 main dishes, 2 starters & a rice over £40 later this wasn’t the case here. I eat a lot of asian food & the quality of produce they use in their dishes was very poor and cheap. A thin orange watery sauce accompanied the massaman curry, prawn dumplings were falling apart so difficult to eat and had no flavour. Tom yum soup lacked spice heat served with already cooked chewy inedible prawns was very unpleasant. The cooking isn’t authentic, using vegetables not used in Thailand to pad out the dishes, flavourless dishes and poor quality of meat & seafood I will not be repeating...
