Package your food properly for take away. Within 5 minutes your paper bag with the tensile strength of a sneeze broke and the totally unsealed cheap cardboard container burst open, spilling over ten pounds worth of food. Which your server, smirking smugly refused to replace. How is it my fault you're incapable of packaging your food ? Clearly the lid wasn't sealed properly on the tub and the bag broke just after you served me. That's clearly your fault for packaging it poorly. Do you not expect it to last more than 10 minutes? Is that your excuse? I'm not happy to have to change my name to Karen and complain about you but maybe treat your customers with a bit of sympathy and respect when it's clearly your fault? The server didn't even apologise, just smirked at me like she found it funny. Well it wasn't very funny to me. I don't have money to throw away. I've had a very rough week caring for patients, working 12hr nights and this was meant to be a payday treat. My only treat because by the end of the month I'll be back on rations. I'll be going to El Loco Burrito just up the road from you instead from now on. I recommend everyone...

The food here was actually quite nice. However, hygiene practices must be reviewed. Initially the person serving me went to do so with gloves she had used to take payment from another customer. She then had to start again which is extremely wasteful. She also used her newly gloved hands to get food that there was a spoon for. The only thing she used a spoon for was the hot chicken and the rice. One person serve, one person take orders. The only thing the server should be touching is the base, ie the taco / tortilla etc. That way you don't have to spread germs or pollute the planet unnecessary by using new gloves every time. Please get it right and train your staff in...

Honestly, I walked in at 12:01 today, there was nobody standing at the counter, and all the options were "make your own". I don't know what I want! I live on a different continent from Mexico! So I walked out. I'm sure the food is lovely, but be sure to come with opinions on burritos that I certainly don't have. 3 stars because I imagine it's good but a) there was nobody there to serve me (??!) and b) I don't want to make my own burrito because I have no idea what's good.

I will return every Wednesday until there is a staff member to make my burrito, that I apparently know how to make. You know...
