Since I cannot respond to your reply I had to reply to your reply with another review, Apologies your response was based on false information provided to you by your staff or if you are the person that was behind the counter replying to the below then you have totally made the below up

“Our staff communicated that the downstairs restroom was closed for cleaning, especially since it was a busy event day. In light of this, you were advised to use the neighboring bathrooms as an alternative Unfortunately, despite this guidance, you chose to proceed to our restroom, which led to your negative encounter.” This is soo far from the truth its actually hilarious. First of all, I asked if the establishement has a bathroom and I was advised yes downstairs. Nothing else was said about it being closed or that I cannot use this bathroom at all. At no point was I advised an alternative either, why make this up for to deflect the incompetence and arrogance of your staff?

“Additionally, we acknowledge that upon returning, you expressed your concerns in an elevated manner” Elevated Manner? Are you kidding me? You have CCTV and I hope you have audio too so please go back and watch this and you will see how the staff were alerted about the restroom situation. At no point did myself or my party raise our voices are was aggressive towards your staff. I am not sure what you have been told or why you are trying to deflect the blame like we made things worse. Please just stop.

Please have a look at the CCTV and Audio again and you will see how respectful we were, the way your staff was responding I am surprised we actually stayed respectful.

“Our staff is trained to assist and respond to concerns, and a constructive dialogue is always encouraged” Well it appears these staff missed them courses as like I said there was absolutely nothing positive in the manner of your staff and the way he addressed the situation.

Was at Wembley to watch the Community shield on 10.08.24. After the game needed some quick food as we were starving, remember seeing this place on TikTok so thought we would give it a shot. Got here & the place was empty, so thought great won’t need to wait long so deciding on what to order.. whilst deciding asked if there was a bathroom & was told downstairs.. went down to use the bathroom & holy sweet mother I almost threw up.. there was a massive piece of poo on the toilet seat & another massive pile of human poo in the floor right next to the toilet.. I quickly turned around & ran out before my nose could smell what I saw.. so naturally I went up to the counter & told the guy at the counter & this is why I am reviewing. He honestly couldn’t care less, shrugged his shoulders & gave a cocky grin like “ok whatever”

We’ve placed our order & I was desperately in need to use the bathroom so I asked the guy at the counter again will anyone clean it up anytime soon & he just shrugged his shoulders like he is not bothered. I explained I’m a paying customer I have ordered food & im sitting down in here & eating & would really like to use the bathroom so I can comfortably have my food when it’s ready.. his respond is “I’ll do it later” I was gobsmacked in the way he was responding & honestly couldn’t care less & we almost got into a heated conversation till I said forget it you just don’t understand.

It’s the lack of empathy & understanding along with his attitude that if we hadn’t already paid we would’ve walked out already. The food was ok the place seemed ok too but the attitude of the staff was Diabolical & disgusting just like the bathroom. I still can’t believe that he was happy to leave that there till later so more customers could see it. I’d understand if they were busy & rushed off their feet but the place was friggin empty.

I would never eat there again as this rude staff member completely spoiled my day out in...

The smash burger I think called magic onion was one of the best smashes I have ever tasted soft and it just falls apart in your mouth with a taste of caramelised onions with a side of skinny fries that have a perfect crunch to them I also grabbed the regular wings that they have on the menu and fell in love with it on the first bite one of the best I’ve had so far in life! I just had to order another six also chillie cheese bites were amazing, didn’t get a chance to have any other burgers but will most definitely be going back to try the bigmac burger and the buttermilk as it looked and smelled delicious.

Before I left I wanted to try the desserts so I decided to go for the milk cakes as you can’t mess up those and after the first bite into the Oreo one I couldn’t believe the taste Zees smashed it out the park with them! I ended up buying the other two flavours to take home with me.

Most definitely recommend Zees to any and everybody as its tastes and flavours are out of this world! Might just go back for some more wings!!
