COMPLETE DISREGARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF ORGANISATION AND PROFESSIONALISM! About a month ago I got in contact with BALLIN to get some tables booked for my brothers 21st birthday, they told me they would do this and there waiting on a package ( this took a number of weeks) so I sent the message below expressing my worry as I was thinking of getting booked in somewhere else in case they could not accommodate us( brothers birthday is on final of euros) but then a member of staff told me “not to worry” and that I will definitely get a table, so at this point I relaxed knowing I had a table booked in and was not worried about needing to get booked in anywhere else, well next thing after finally getting in contact with BALLIN after around a week of waiting for them to respond, they tell me I don’t have a table! And then tell me they never said I was getting a table even though it clearly states in that email they told me I DEFINITELY would, and BALLIN themselves said to me they have to put there “loyal” customers first, so to them does not matter if I booked in way before, or if it means they have gone straight back on there word as a business, because it’s my first time coming down so I’m disregarded! BALLIN NEVER WOULD HAVE EVEN BOTHERED TO LET ME KNOW!! I would have turned up thinking we still had a table, I now have no where to go for my brothers 21st birthday all because of BALLIN and there lack of organisation, and there morals as a business, weather you are a loyal customer or it’s your first time if you are expressing concern about availability, and your told not to worry and that you will definitely get a table THIS SHOULD BE THE CASE, so disappointed as well as the establishment looked nice, SHAME ON...

Our expectations for a festive Christmas event led us to book Ballins' bottomless brunch at £40 per person. The advertised promise of endless Prosecco, pizza, and cocktails for 90 minutes fell dramatically short during our visit. For a group of four, we received a mere three small margarita pizzas. Drink refills were only offered once glasses were completely empty, which was disappointing as it restricted the 'bottomless' experience. Limited drink options—only two cocktails and a single mocktail for non-drinkers—added to the letdown.

Inconsiderate treatment towards dietary inquiries, notably when asking about vegan options, left us feeling disrespected. Moreover, the designated non-smoking area upstairs was uncomfortably cold due to the door being left open for smokers, making it impossible to remove our coats.

The entertainment, though potentially enjoyable, was marred by a poor PA system, rendering the performances unintelligible. Additionally, the restroom experience, despite cleanliness, was uncomfortably cold with tepid water from the taps and freezing hand dryers. These conditions deterred me from washing my hands due to the already chilly atmosphere.

While some staff members were friendly, others displayed rude behavior. When we expressed our concerns, we were met with a dismissive response, offering no solutions or attempts to rectify the situation, leaving us dissatisfied.

Despite already having another event booked at the venue, I plan to eat beforehand and dress warmly to mitigate the discomfort. However, I strongly advise against choosing this venue for anyone seeking a better experience. There are far better options...

Very bad experience last night. We paid for 11 of us to come out for my sisters Hen do, the place was empty the music was rubbish and very low! Spoke to a lady who said the music would be changed to something we could all dance to, but was never changed! On booking it said prosecco was on the lost of drinks included but when we was there got told it wasn't! The pizza was burnt and they hardly bought any out! Been before and we had brownies and doughnuts but none this time. A blonde lady behind the bar was very rude. One of the security was extremely rude. Then we find out football was showing at 8pm, There was no advertisement of this on the website when we booked. Music was to go off when football was on. It stated you can stay until 10pm online but got asked to move from our seats at 8!!! Overall it was a very bad experience, and made a really rubbish night for my sisters hen party. The whole experience was such a let down and my sister was really upset with the night we had to leave and find somewhere else to go! We chose ballin as we wanted to start early and dance and party and finish early at 10pm as alot of the group have small children. Won't be recommending and will not return to the...
