Put my order in at 6pm and was advised that it would be 45-55 min. 7:20pm no arrival called and was told that the driver had got the order and it will be with me soon by 7:45 the order still had not arrived I called again and was told the same and that it would be with me soon. I asked what happens if it doesn’t come and was told they see no reason why it The staff were not friendly and did not seem too concerned despite me nearly waiting over an hour and a half. I have also had to use my partners phone as they were not picking up from my number but would answer to his. I called again at 8.15pm and advised I was still waiting and had called several times I was informed when they checked the delivery person had marked the order as delivered despite this not being the case. I asked why nobody had contacted the driver or had the decency to let me know that it was a miss and was advised they did not have the delivery drivers contact details or number. I have been advised my order has been sent to the kitchen again and they will use their own delivery driver which I find hard to understand as to why they have their own delivery people but somebody else was delivering my original order. I was not offered an apology or the choice of a refund even when I advised that my partner had now eaten due to us waiting and was told my order would be with me as soon as it comes out of the oven. I am a big fan of Pizza Hut and have always eaten in their restaurants. I am aware that the website guarantee delivery in 30 minutes and if late they offer a 10 voucher this has not been mentioned at all. Whilst I understand that these current times are different the lack of communication and the attitude that it will turn up and having to chase this is an inconvenience and has now ruined a family...
Read moreOrdered from here as the deals were slightly cheaper than dominos. Ordered online. Rung them up minutes later to see if it would be fast to collect in person. Was told their machines were down and no order came through and to call back in 5 minutes. I did this and they took my order again over the phone. 40 minutes later it arrived the seals on the boxes ripped and the food stone cold. Wrong pizza. Missing ice cream and missing dips and not notified they didn’t have the fizzy I ordered in stock. Phoned up he asked ‘what I wanted him to do’ advised I’ve touched none of the food I want the same order sent out and the driver can take the old one. The fact it was stone cold I thought my delivery would be a little quicker. 50 minutes went pass. I rung them again my order was still in store and told me they’re waiting on a driver. Told him to cancel my order and he kept saying your order is good you wait and see. Took the order back to the shop and he kept saying have order it’s good. demanded a refund which was told they can’t do in store. Went straight over to Dominos paid the extra but got HOT food. Done in 10 minutes and better service....

Stood for over 5 minutes as I watched two blokes in the kitchen carry on with their tasks. I said hello and tried to get the attention of the individuals several times , I think they did hear me and chose to kept me waiting . The young man that eventually saw to me , had the worst attitude when speaking to me and the look on his face said it all. He does realise without the customers he has no job , right ? The older man in the kitchen dressed in his own clothes who for all I know was a member of the public ? Long greasy hair and beard on show and no covered up . Are these individuals not food safety trained ? Does cross contamination and foreign bodies not mean anything to this man ? After collecting my pizza , I don’t mind admitting it went straight in the bin out the front , seeing this man working in the kitchen without the correct uniform and Ppe was sickening . Such a poor experience and £30 down the drain. First and last time using this branch , possibly last time...
