Subway — Restaurant in Maidstone

I never been in subway like this never in my live, I went to bay sandwich for my 7 year old daughter and I did my order at the kiosk which is charged me 10p for bag which hasn't been give me with the order I ask for bag which was paid and cashier get very ungrateful asking me why I need it I told him cuz I paid sandwich was smashed and I told him we not going to feet child with this and ask him to make it new one he did even worst than first one Then I ask him for refund cuz the food was ridiculous im really sorry that I didn't took a pictures of the sandwiches was very bad look like 10 days old and heated in microwave and then...

I have just paid £5.79 for this thing which is meant to be a 6 inch sub , I was given NO choice of bread , NO choice on the contents , and NO choice on salad . No drink and NO side . Over priced . NOT value for money and menus do not state this . Staff as helpful as not having staff , just told me head office , head office. . Absolutely terrible experience. I will never eat here or at another sub way . Behind on the times and nothing new to offer

Customer service was really lacking here. The gentlemen (he was of South Asian ethnicity) that served me clearly showed that he hated his job, could not be bothered, was rude and not polite. Now although my order was done well, when I asked for another item he sighed of annoyance which left me feeling uncomfortable. I felt like I was bothering him!
