AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I rarely rate badly as I try to give business the benefit of the doubt but this was one of the worst experiences I have had. We waited over an hr for food that started trickling in after about 50mins About 70% of the food was wrong For instance I asked for a plain burger for my son. Twice it came with sauce even after sending it back. It didn't have the fries it said it did and I paid for. I count myself lucky as my friend and her children didn't receive her food at all and when we questioned this a very rude lady came barging along and said we need to check our order carefully. Although another lady apologised for her rude behaviour I was gobsmacked to be told we need to check our order when we ordered and paid for our missing food extremely 'carefully'. On top of this the food that did come was horrific. Loaded fried had about 3 fries topped with god knows what! All soggy and oily. Chicken toastie was just completely wet and soggy. And to top this all off we got insulted with a small milk cake as a gesture of good will amongst 15 of us. Appalling service. Rude staff and poor quality of food. Read moreIf i could rate 0 stars i would! Mother in law went here today. They literally almost killed her by telling her there was no Egg in what she ordered when there actually was Egg in the item. Due to her allergy. When we called to speak to a manager after the incident, we were told to speak in Hindi otherwise they couldn't help and that there was no one in charge to assist with a complaint. We was then cut off and had our number blocked so we couldn't call again. After almost killing someone due to negligence you'd think they'd want to resolve the issue. I guess its time to sue.
