Can't speak highly enough about this place. The food is unreal and very reasonabily priced. Chicken burger was amazing and my friend still talks about how good the rump steak was . me and 2 friends went to celebrate 2 of our birthdays, Everytime I've passed its been rammed so booked table on line in the afternoon which was easy amd not requiring deposits (at this time ). Arrived on a blazing day an the whole front was open via bi-fold doors which made it super comfy. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable on the menu and was also very friendly and chatty and very down to earth. We was taking our time looking at menu as we was chatting and I made a joke about not reading great at which she instantly said I can read the menu to you or if we open the insaram app and show interest in a dish she can explain what it is and what ingredients are in it and this blew me away. Food came in a good time and not too quick to make u worry and was soooo fresh and tasty. Took a portion of there big lebowski poutine home for the wife and the gravy is exceptional and probably the best pico de gallo I've tasted . Ive not stopped telling everyone about this and highly recommend. I feel it's a bit more accessible and affordable than brewski who offer similar dishes but Cleaver is exceptional. Me and my friends had the absolute pleasure of visiting Cleaver Bar and Kitchen for my partner's 24th birthday, and I can honestly say it was the best meal I’ve ever had in a restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and inviting, making us feel so welcome. The atmosphere was warm and vibrant, and the vibes immaculate! It was clear that the team are so passionate about providing an amazing experience for everyone.

We traveled all the way from Birmingham, and it was absolutely worth it! The food was beyond amazing—the burgers were huge, and packed with so much flavour. Me and my boyfriend had the blackened steak poutine, and it was nothing short of perfection. (My new fav meal ever) The attention to detail in every dish was evident, especially since we were seated right in front of the open-plan kitchen, where we could see the chef’s dedication to every single plate being prepared. The smallest details making the experience that one step further.

As a lovely surprise, we were also treated to a free sundae for my partner’s birthday, which was the perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic meal. We will definitely be coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an amazing experience at The Cleaver Bar and Kitchen in Chorlton! The food was absolutely outstanding — full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The award-winning “Three Little Pig” burger was the star of the show: juicy, rich, and loaded with perfectly balanced flavours. We also tried the Macho Nachos with grilled chicken — super cheesy, generously topped, and packed with tasty, well-seasoned chicken. The Blazing Sauce Wings were another highlight, crispy with just the right kick of spice, and incredibly moreish.

What really made our visit special was the warm and friendly service. The front-of-house staff were welcoming and attentive, and even the chefs took a moment to check in and chat with us — a lovely personal touch.
