Lux Lounge — Restaurant in Manchester

Bad review, worse service ever, the staff got something wrong in their head we walked at the place to order some food at 2 pm knowing that i have to pick up my kid from his activity at 4 pm . We reach there we placed the order and the guy came twice to take the order after one hour of starvation we didn't receive neither the food neither the drinks , i have being the nicest customer as i can speak the staff language so i communicated with their Owen language for better communication but still they didn’t get it neither in English neither in the other language, they humiliated us by lying in my face saying to another customer that i have just ordered now at 3 pm, the other thing that i didnot like about this place is that the staff talking bad about each other claiming that the other person is new to the lounge, and he not speaking English when i spoke clearly about what we ordered exactly twice,in the end all what they could say , the chef the guy in the till a worker all of them embarrassed me by saying leave leave in front of all the customers waiving and laughing goodbys, i have a very stressful experience i even burst to tears when reach to my car never going back...

I’ve been there for a few times, service was ok till this time, I went with a friend got a uncomfortable table so I asked to change it when they get a free table which I was promised, a few minutes after a close table got free so we decided to move there, and then staff came and asked us to go back to the other table as they have took an order from the new customers with a split second which is not my problem in the first place , and then Hasan got involved he claimed to be the owner told us will give you a drinks refund I was like excuse me!! I didn’t want to course a scene bear in mind I already placed my order and paid, it’s unbelievable how the owner behaviour once you paid, Hasan who claimed to be the owner running this business and does not value the customers and act childish with no customer service experience, won’t...

£10 for a mocktail?! This place is really expensive, the menus have the wrong prices (old) and are misleading. There were no menus at the tables. The menu at the bar has out of dates prices, as do the online menus that the staff directed us to use. If you see one drink described as "virgin mojito", and another on the same page described as a "strawberry mojito", you expect a cocktail not a mocktail. Plus they are really very expensive for a mocktail, more expensive than the mocktails at The Ivy (Spinningfields)...
