Terrible with service and delivery, there is no point in choosing the option for delivery when their timeframes are unrealistic. I had an ETA of 12 minutes bearing in mind I reside only 7 minutes drive away from the takeaway. It has been 2 HOURS since the order was placed and still no sign of it. I called the takeaway after multiple attempts, and upon asking for an update on my order I was told “give me a moment”, then the man hung up on me and no answer was given. They claim to have moved away from a platform that doesn’t give the customer unrealistic timeframes but this has not been the case. I am a frequent customer and over the last 5-6 orders I’ve placed I have always had to chase my order up with a waiting time of at least 90 minutes.

You will lose good loyal customers operating a business like this, and disappointingly the generic response of being “busy” is unappreciated. If you choose to operate in such a manner and charge customers with poor service it brings a bad reputation.

Don’t mislead your customers and instead update them on when their order will be due to arrive realistically.

Frankly, if they actually revealed the true times their order arrives, then they would lose a lot of business. Utterly disappointed.

Order from Grubfellas, Phillys or Miamis instead where you get the best service...

Ordered from these guys for the 3rd time in the space of about a month as I was really impressed with the quality of food.

I understand that a Saturday evening is a particularly busy time for a takeaway, so I wasn't too bothered about the stated hour minimum wait for the food to be delivered. They had given themselves a 20 minute window to deliver. No change to the order status a few minutes after the 20 minute window. So it was a case of an hour and 25 minutes since I'd ordered. Tried calling the number on Google - straight to voice mail. Tried calling the number on Just Eat - rang out to voice mail. Tried it plenty of times. Asked for an update on justeat, said it would be another 15 minutes, after this time elapsed I decided I was better not bothering.

I'm hoping the minimum I can do is get my money back from these cowboys, if they had anything about themselves they'd offer me the minimum of an apology too.

It's a shame because I'd told friends about this place but now I'll be going out my way to tell people that the service from Cleo's is shocking and to avoid at all costs despite the great tasting food, go to kfc or world of wings instead. I'm guessing no one from the establishment will read this either but I hope it...

I think this is the best Nashville style chicken I’ve ever had. You can go inside to order or order online for 20% off. (The 6 wings option doesn’t show online though so didn’t get any, 9 was too much) Peri chips are nice and fresh with good level of seasoning. Nashdog is like a chicken burger but with a long brioche bun and was delicious

I got the Half X. Although it tasted nice I nearly died from the spice level. Next time I would go for the fiery chicken burger with just the chili oil. Good amount of tasty mayo. The brioche bun is delicious but would rather have a larger bun to cover all the chicken (good amount of chicken). The chicken is coated in a chili oil and is crispy, juicy and tender.

Took 30 mins to make though which was a bit excessive in my opinion when not many orders were leaving the kitchen but the food was fresh and tasty. Bit pricy but it’s not a standard chicken shop style fried chicken. I’d give it a 4.5* just needs to be...
