I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dixy, and I’m excited to share my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the clean environment.

Food Quality: The food at Dixy was outstanding. I tried their signature fried chicken, and it was exceptional. The chicken had a perfectly crispy coating and juicy meat inside. The side dishes, including the coleslaw and fries, were also fresh and flavorful, making for a satisfying meal.

Service: The service was prompt, friendly, and attentive. The staff was knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations. I appreciated how quickly my order was taken and served, which enhanced the overall dining experience.

I’ve been a regular customer at Dixy and used to love coming here, especially when Ali was working — he was fast, active, and reliable. But recently, the service has gone downhill. Every time I come in now, I end up waiting 20–25 minutes for a simple order. The long-haired guy currently handling orders seems very sluggish and disorganized. He often forgets the order, and by the time it’s ready, either the fries or other items are missing.

When I call to report the issue, I’m just told to come back or promised extra food “next time” — but this has happened multiple times, and nothing improves. It’s honestly very frustrating and disappointing.

I’ve always loved Dixy, but this kind of poor service is making me consider going elsewhere. I really hope management takes this seriously and brings back the quality and speed we...
