I think one star is a generous gift I have been forced to hand over with zero to show for it Quite honestly, if I could give minus one million it would still be too generous. Ordered at 19:45, waited till 21:10 (extra long waits are mandatory for this franchise). Was told as phone number was wrong, driver had arrived at our address (a block of flats) sat in his car for a while and then left, with the net result of £25 plus for Pizza Hut Oxford Road and no food for myself or my partner. Clearly, it never crossed his mind to ring the buzzer (he had the right address) as it would seem commonsense, manners and for that matter minimum customer service are totally lacking. If you do not want your evening ruined (or indeed any time of the day) do not touch this franchise with a ten mile barge pole. Horrible experience, rude staff, paid for an order two days ago that never arrived. I called the restaurant asking if it was coming as I’ve been waiting for over an hour, and they said it was not in the system. I’ve asked if I could give them my order number or other info to get it done, the guy over the phone started laughing and hung up?! Called again and no one picked up. Kept calling and the same guy couldn’t care less, just said to write to customer service to get a refund. But I wanted my order he said “no” and hung up again. This is not how you should speak to your customers, literally this guy don’t deserve his job. I still have to receive my refund after 2 days as the customer service wanted PROOF (wth) from the restaurant, which hasn’t been given yet. I don’t know what to say. Their staff is very rude; they don't have any manners of speaking. Pizza Hut's owner needs to change the staff. They deliver very late. They stay busy amongst themselves, and while they're chatting, the order lies ready, but they are busy with themselves and using their mobiles. If you ask for your order, even if it's ready, they tell you to wait there, asking what the hurry is. Two days ago, they were very rude to me. I even have a video of them refusing to give me my order. They told me to go complain wherever I want, but they won't give me the order. I have the video. And they themselves went outside to smoke while I kept waiting there to get my order. My request to the Pizza Hut owner is to change the staff. If you need the video, I have it.
