Kurry Hut — Restaurant in Manchester

Kurry Hut is very local to where I live, I was hoping it would be nice but it was a mixed bag. First off what I enjoyed was the currys (obvs most important part), the korai was very oiley however and the King Prawn bhuna was a small portion size with not enough prawns. The worst part of this meal were the mushrooms (photo attached), they were nothing but tinned sliced mushrooms that tasted of rubber, to charge £3.50 for them is criminal and makes me feel totally ripped off!, the mushrooms were also used in the mushroom rice which ruined it, I would expect fresh sauteed mushrooms! The Onion Baji's were very flat and sad, not crispy, and came with very little salad (attached).Shame as I love a good Onion Baji!!! The naan was underwhelming, lacked flavour,dry. Ordered via the app.. Over an hour later no delivery so ring them to be told there's no door number with the address. Checked our end and full address was sent. There was a phone number but they chose to not send instead of ring to check door number. 2 hours later food arrives with kebab missing... Half an hour later they send a kebab. Dish up the curry to find its not a madras. Ring them back they take a further 40min to bring another curry.. Dish up the curry to find they sent the same curry again. Ring back and ask for the manager and get told he's not in ring back tomorrow... Today we found out the manager pretended he wasn't the manager. Awful service. Wont use again. Wont recommend and will be contacting the bank...

It's a shame I have to put a star cause you dont even deserve that! I placed an order at 7:40 and was told delivery time was 45-60 minutes 1 hour later still no show so phone to see what the hold up was to be told it will be with us in 15 minutes to still wait another 45 minutes my food eventually arrived at 9:28 PM after I phone a second time round to get no answer and I tried phoning 3 times for them to answer and say the driver is on it's way. By the time food arrived it was cold and not that nice absolutely appaulled at the service and food recieved, as very good friends of mine are regular ccustomersand never have a problem! I will never order from here AGAIN and will most certainly not recommend this...
