We are in the 21st century on a busy and known street with restaurants and shops and it cannot have a card payments? 2 so we are standing with ready ice creams already asking if we can go to the cash machine and guess what? Suddenly one guy gave us a phone where we could pay by card paying much more for the purchase without informing us. The customer service is a quite bad 1/5. Not even saying sorry. Minimum talk. I took few of my mates to this place called Lahore looked appetising ordered tea and few desserts thinking support our local business, would you believe they served us four potions of rosmalai and gave us four spoons in one dish in a foil container I laughed did they think we went to there house or something, apparently that’s how they serve desserts, tea wasn’t that great he made us pay straight away and said cash only, I thought it might be they can avoid paying VAT not the place you want to take your friends or family, they struggled to speak English and I don’t speak Urdu, guy kept on saying things I could not understand it’s disappointing our people with arrogance and rude to your own people maybe not from the same country, but we...

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop, which I was recommended to visit by friends. I traveled all the way from Halifax, expecting a good time, but this will be my first and last visit. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and seemed disengaged, almost as if they were being forced to work. They spoke very rudely, which was completely unnecessary. If you don’t enjoy your job, it’s better to close the shop rather than treat customers poorly. When customers are paying, they deserve respect. I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I highly recommend you visit Lahori Iced Bar just two shops away instead. They are much more welcoming and treat their customers with the respect...
