STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALDS.
Iâm a bit of a night owl due to present circumstances and McDonaldâs does come in handy every now and then.
This place was by far the worst McDonaldâs Iâve have in recent memory. Cold, horrible food. It was served so quickly that I had my reservations but I took it home and to my disgust the fries were cold and cardboard like. The fish o filet was atrocious, completely inedible. It was as if it had just been sat in itâs warming tray for days and they were relieved that someone had ordered it. I asked for extra sauce and cheese as I always do and it was as if Iâd annoyed them, just carelessly thrown in there.
Iâve reviewed quite a few McDonaldâs, never saw the pint initially because I hardly ever ate it but having had to rely on them in recent times this has been my worst experience. Just have a look at some of my other reviews and youâll see some are actually outstanding in terms of the staff actually caring about what they serve. I saw at least 3 members of staff and Iâm sure they must have been relieved I didnât eat in the car park because I definitely would have had a word and just got my money back.
In fact, I have the receipt and I will go and ask for my money back next time Iâm in the neighbourhood. I honestly feel as though theyâve poisoned me because I feel terrible after eating some of it. Had to heat it up in the microwave.
Shocking, absolutely terrible. The franchisee should take a look at their operation and sort it out for future customers. I for one, will definitely not be one of them.

   Read moreHorrible experience!!...... I went to McDonald for the kids sake as they were very hungry. I felt bad and so I drove thru to McDonald drive thru. I placed an order for both of my kids and because I was managing the kids, I didn't realise that McDonald had got the order wrong. I got to food pick up point and was handed over ONE MEAL, now anyone with kids would know giving one kid a meal and not the other would cause I kiosk, and so I asked McDonald workers to where my other meal is for my other kid.
They replied you paid for one, so I replied why would i pay for one when I ordered 2, can you not see I have 2 kids. The worker then started to be rude and asked me to go all the way round again for one more meal, and there were at least 12 other cars ready going through drive through. I insisted that my one kid will kick so much fuss if I give one meal to one kid only. So I demanded for another meal, in that time one of the staff had come up to me on the window and asked me to piss off and told me I was barred from there. I found that an insult as I have been spending money at this branch for many years since childhood times and at the end I have been treated like this, this is not on as for a small matter which could be resolved at the window was then resolved by the police turning up. So I made my point clear to the police before leaving the premises.

Disgraceful Service â McDonaldâs Ardwick (Gorton) Must Be Investigated

Hereâs what I received:
Stale bread on my Filet-O-Fish
Dry, flat, old-tasting fish
Soggy, cold fries that were supposed to be large but were clearly the size of a medium.
I spent over ÂŁ25 and when I contacted McDonaldâs to complain, they completely ignored me. No response. No apology. No effort.
đ´ This is not the first time. I had a similar bad experience at this same branch TWO YEARS AGO. Itâs clear this location has a pattern of poor quality and no care for its customers. This is now twice Iâve been let down at this place.
I am now fully done with McDonaldâs. I will not be using this branch, or any McDonald's, again. I would rather go abroad where food quality and customer service are actually taken seriously.
McDonaldâs, you need to take this seriously:
Your Gorton/Ardwick branch is damaging your brand.
Your managers do not care.
Your quality control has failed.
This location needs urgent inspection and serious improvement.
I strongly warn others to avoid this branch. If McDonaldâs does not take action here, it shows they no longer care about their customers.
