Worst service I have ever had. My wife, daughter and I went here after moving my daughter in to halls. When we arrived the restaurant was quite busy but we were shown to a table quickly. The waitress asked if we needed any help which we declined. We looked through the menu and made our choices and went to order. The lady at the till took our order anf gave us our glasses for drinks. We went and got our drinks and returned to the table. After 15 minutes our food turned up and our daughters was right but my wife and I had the wrong order and my daughters side was missing. I explained to the waitress that the order was wrong and she took the two wrong meals away and checked through the orders/receipts. After 5 minutes she approached us and apologised and told us our meals would be 5 or 6 minutes. We told her not to worry as mistakes do happen. After 15/20 minutes we still hadn't received our meals and the floor staff had disappeared. I looked over towards the pass where a few meals were and saw one of the grill staff place our meals on it. I waited and watched for another 10 minutes and as there was no staff and our daughter had already finished her meal I approached the pass and asked the girl behind it if I could take the meals as we had waited so long and that the meals were now going cold. She told me that I couldn't as she didn't know what table they were for. I explained again exactly what the order was and the issue with service and as I did the floor staff returned and confirmed it was my order so I took the plates over to our table. The food was now luke warm and the bread/bap had gone hard. At no point did we receive any apology for the extra delay or the issue of our food sat at the pass for so long going cold. What should have been a pleasant and relaxing meal was ruined by the lack of care from the floor staff. The mix up with the order is forgivable but the level of service in rectifying the issue and the lack of care is not. I would not return or recommend this...

I have been to many nandos and I love thr food it is absolutely amazing, but the one at oxford rd Manchester every time I leave this nandos im always disappointed either becuase of the food or the staff aproach really rude.

Once I went to eat with my friend she came from Birmingham and we went nandos, as we sat down and the food came to our table, I realised there were hundreds of little flies... I called one of the staff and told me "what do you want me to do?" And I said "maybe offer me to move? Or do something about these flies." But when he told us to move really we were finished eating our food by then and decide to just leave. But saddly after we told him about the flies he made a couple sit behind us and I just found that really rude and I told the couple either to just leave or ask them to move you becuase thats what we been dealing for the last half hour.

The other times i went the food were burnt, and i told the staff about it and told me theyll change the chicken or whatver.. and instead of changing the chicken they put alot of sauce on it to hide the burnt chicken and the food was freezing cold and once again I left becuase I was absolutely disgraced with the staff behaviour and the food they serve which was freezing cold.
