Shocking is the only way to describe the food I have just had we had ultimate cheese melt (3 cheeses) the bread was very dry and hard as for the cheese I could just about see 1kraft slice and a very small piece of yellow cheese the rest of the bread was dry my granddaughter had the kids meal not bad but the cheese was in the middle of the sandwich it didn’t cover the bread my son had the chicken burger his words were I can’t tell what this is again very dry the coleslaw was limp and tasted sour when we brought it up with the manager she was disinterested and could not tell who to complain too I explained why I thought the meal was disgusting and she gave me an email to complain to it was also expensive I don’t mind paying for a meal as long as I could eat it

We bought an overpriced childrens lunch pack for our 3 year old granddaughter which included a choice of a ham or cheese sandwich. We opted for cheese thinking it was the healthiest. On checking the ingredients and I’ve attached a photo of the content there were 34 ingredients of which 2 were cheese. The rest you wouldn’t find in any kitchen cupboard and are all chemicals not food. The reading of them looked like they wouldn’t be out of place in a scientific lab. Needless to say we didn’t let our granddaughter eat this poison and my next steps are to write to the owners and Manchester City Council. Parents/carers/grandparents please be aware as Ultra Processes foods such as this example are a ticking time bomb as tobacco was back in its day.

Really low quality, hard, cold, and dry food. I got the beef burger and it’s the worst burger I’ve ever eaten in my 33 years on this planet. It ruined my day. Charging around £10 for a burger that looks like it was frozen for a decade then cooked for an hour, then left out to dry for a week before being placed into a hard chewy bread bun that a duck would struggle to eat, is day light robbery. I will never eat there ever again and I suggest you don’t either. The waiting staff were nice and polite but you could tell they weren’t being treated well by management. I will be writing to Heaton park management to have them strongly consider who they’re giving a food monopoly to in the park.

Disappointing and over expensive. Firstly I came with my partner and as I was looking at the menu in hand as I couldn’t see far on the board. I was being rushed and looked at funny so I’d say ordering isn’t the best orginased and it’s like you have to already know what you want before you enter. Anyway the people serving was speaking on an inappropriate subject which I didn’t care for until they interrupted us rudely as my partner was ordering his stuff and made it awkward since they was laughing to one another halfway through an order. I then ordered mine to be told they didn’t have what I wanted, my partner went to the fridge and it was there so they did have it in. Food came and my partners bacon barn had two small slices of bacon on burnt barn. For the price that’s ridiculous. I had a ham and cheese toastie that didn’t come with the side dip and was very toasted that biting into it was difficult. £6 roughly for that… there was nothing to it just toasted bread with a bit of ham and cheese, it didn’t stay intact either. My partner went back to ask for something to be told in a tone they don’t have that (seems they didn’t have a lot in stock apparently) so he ordered a rocky road and a s’mores hot chocolate. The rocky road was a let down, was a brownie cake type that was super bland and for a rocky road, two marshmallows on top doesn’t cut it. The s’more hot chocolate is clearly a scam because it was just a normal dull hot chocolate with tiny marshmallows and whip cream. Nothing else what was advertised such as syrup and chocolate top. Ridiculous pricing and awful service. Not a welcoming experience and food is overcharged for...

Hello, this is for the managers attention - i came into your cafe on Thursday 1st September, around 2 pm to get some lunch for my daughter and myself (£20) while waiting for the coffee’s i saw a woman in her late 30’s go to the refrigerated sandwiches, fruit and drinks and fill her buggy up - but the food and drinks were put in the canopy on her buggy which folds back, so they couldn’t be seen, so therefore i was watching her - She joined the queue as if she was going to pay, but after 5 seconds she walked out. I instantly told the staff behind the counter,( a man with blonde hair long and in a ponytail and a woman doing the drinks with a headscarf on) they looked at me, and the man said “Stolen!!!” like he had never heard the word, and they both just carried on - i stood looking at them both and after a minute i said “Are you not bothered that all that food was stolen?” and the woman with the head scarf said, “ To be perfectly honest with you no, i’m not bothered !!” I was flabbergasted, after being a manager in retail i couldn’t believe this attitude …it was a slap in the face to all the honest customers paying a high price for the refreshments there - i would like a response from a member of management on this...

Have been three times prior to this time and got takeaway flat whites which I have found quite nice flavour, although not strong enough for a flat white. This time the person making the coffee was a really young lad, not in professional outfit, was wearing a big hoodie on a boiling day, but clearly didn't know how to make a coffee as he made a flat white which was borderline temperature wise, extremely foamy and so weak. I did point to the fact it felt cappuccino like by the weigh of it and indeed had loads of foam, he just said sorry. But not offered to redo it or anything. Very disappointed by the standards. When you get what seems to be young work experience that makes you a not decent coffee, it does spoil your day especially when coffees have been nice before that. Other staff were nice and friendly enough, however one wearing mask that was not covering the nose (what is the point??). As other comment mentioned the café is half decorated which is a shame,...
