Edit to respond to the owner - feel free to upload the footage to social media as I took a phone call when I had been sat down for 10 minutes and just checked it Was at 1133 so your either lying or were watching someone else entirely! As for the alleged bad behaviour please state what it was, we had no interaction with any saturday girl except asking her if she could check where our drinks were as a lady 2 tables over had had her order taken and got her food before we even had our order taken and drinks her fetching drinks and apologising - there was no abuse or swearing so I would like to think your mistaken but unfortunately I think it's just a blatent lie. We asked the older lady who was the rude one if it said on the menu if you heated up the tuna mayo as heated tuna mayo wasn't what we asked for and got thats £23. I understand you have to protect your business but lying and lack or integrity or honesty is not the way to go, a simple apology and we will do better would have been far better. As previously said you used to be the best place in Mansfield, your attitude and food is now disgraceful.

Used to be the best cafe in mansfield. Now food is disgraceful and staff are rude. Staff left us waiting 40 minutes to be served and served 4 tables that arrived after us. Ordered a tuna mayo wrap which came warmed up. I'm sure you can imagine how gross this is. The quiche we ordered was cold in the middle and covered in grease. We ate a couple of bites of each meal as they were completely inedible - tried to speak to the staff about this and got "that's the way it is - that's £23" won't be going again and wouldn't recommend...

Casey’s Coffee Bar was a very pleasant surprise and a lovely way to spent a couple of hours.

Casey's is more than a Coffee Bar, they serve food to a very high standard. The Breakfast which they serve, must be the best breakfast in the UK, and, If there was a ‘Breakfast of the Year Award’, I would nominate them. I don't say that lightly. Mind you, they do have a head start, their sausages are already 'Award Winning' and they are amazing! Their fried eggs were perfectly cooked too, and so was the rest of the food, but a lot of places struggle with eggs, but they do not.

There is a vegetarian and a vegan menu, and other lunch choices too. Even the sausages are gluten free! You can find out more on their website. They couldn't do enough for us and everything was done with a smile.

Really how can these people survive? I went there for an English Breakfast after noting they do not take cards. I went to the cash machine then proceeded to the restaurant. I asked for an English Breakfast and specifically requested NO tomatoes due to an allergy. The meal came with tomatoes and I tried to get the attention of someone to no avail. I pushed the food that had been touched by the tomatoes to one side and ate the rest. On leaving a waitress said to me was the meal alright? I said no and explained. She really could not have given a rata back side , neither could the boss in the background who overheard the conversation, no sorry, not a discount , not ask the waitress who took my order...... NOTHING. I hope your business success reflects...
