Would of given a higher rating however like alot of people are saying food takes a long time to arrive, it took us 2 hours on a Monday to receive our food. Which is fine if we were expecting that but we wasn't and kept getting clearly false arrival times on Uber Eats So we was absolutely starving.

When food arrived we didn't have much faith it was any good, however the food was really good and the value is even better, really good value for money. Portions are very good aswell I was thinking maybe it's that cheap because it's a small portion but I was wrong. The only tiny gripe I had was a bit of chicken was under cooked in the wrap so had to take it out but finished the rest of it. Good quality food overall and my Mrs loved hers.

Waited 2 hours for my food after the chef burnt my first order. Food arrived items missing. Asked for refund was told they will come and collect the food and started swearing and shouting at me down the phone. Absolutely disgusting service and extremely unprofessional.

All of this is such a shame because the food is very good. It’s a shame that the staff are rude and not willing to accept mistakes and the owner thinks he can speak to the people who pay for his living the way he does. Absolutely shocking.

Reply: I only received 1 rice there was supposed to be 2 I would not call and say there is only 1 if there was 2. I waited 2 hours for my food and it came with missing items. Your driver was rude to me, you were rude to me and I wouldn’t want to ever order from such an unprofessional person who cannot accept mistakes again anyway. Calling your customer a liar...

The food is really good, unfortunately the customer service and delivery shocking. Food had not arrived after an hour plus it was booked in advance at 19:00 to arrive 21:00 plenty of prep time!!

When I called the girl lied said it was on its way... Not even checking my address or order she would not have known which address!!

Also she laughed, like she was mimicking me!! Real shame has the food is really good they need to organise better and replace the girl who picks up orders she lost them 40 pounds and can imagine we are not the only ones to cancel.

Just be honest if you cannot delivered on time don't say you can or grey out the time slots simple. People would rather honesty than be messed about!!

The last lot of food delivered was cold but I thought first delivery ill give them a second go.
