Papillon Pizza — Restaurant in Mansfield

Dislike writing bad reviews but its necessary. We had a friend over at our place yesterday (same delivery address as our missing order) food arrived in less than half an hour, and was amazing; so much so thought we would order ourselves today. Waited one hour after order was expected to be delivered, rang up just to be told they were positive it had been delivered to us. Told it was given to an old man at our address, we are both in our 20s so that was a blatant lie, none of our neighbours fit the description either so very strange. Told there was nothing they could even do for us because we made a 'big order' so they wouldn't re-make it; other than we had to call uber to sort it out ourselves because they were busy. Ordered food from here after seeing good reviews online. Unfortunately bit into my pizza and there was hair literally cooked into the crust. I called the restaurant making it clear I was not calling for a refund or new pizza but to let them know so they could make sure it wouldn’t happen to anyone else. I ordered two special kebabs, got two small ones when i called i was told the prices had changed and now 12.99 is the price for a small special kebab.
