The Kings Arms — Restaurant in Mansfield

Actually loved this place. The people that go there are lovely, lively place. Staff behind the bar are absolute sweetheart. Reason for my low scoring is solely down to the manager Jez. He was loud, brash and an absolute brat to his staff. I cannot describe how disgusted I was with his treatment towards his staff. The young lady with long curly hair was nothing short of brilliant as a member of staff yet I witnessed her being continuously abused and belittled by 'jez' It made me and several patrons around me very obviously uncomfortable and embarrassed for the girl. I would love to come back for the friendly staff and atmosphere but have been severely put off by the managers attitude. How he still has staff I will never know!
