Food was amazing. You can go for a traditional brunch or one with a Desi twist. Fresh, good quality ingredients used. The food was flavorful for all dishes but not over seasoned, everything was cooked to perfection

Madam croque was amazing value for.money, the fries are so tasty and sandwich amazing super cheesy and tasty. Masala scramble a brilliant twist, I was sceptical about the flavours but this was my favourite of the day and unlike any other brunch item I've ever tried. The keema in the big bloom.breakfast was delicious, the same keema was used for the loaded fries and they stole the show. The English breakfast was a slight let down regarding price compared to all else but still great ingredients and tasty. I liked the bread and sausages used.

I probably wouldn't get the mocktails next time as didn't feeling they were worth the money. they were tasty though, the peach bloomstar and pina colada where my favourites. I'd avoid the strawberry mojito - too much ice, not enough flavour.

Food was also well presented and decor of the place nice, very cute vibes all the way down to the servaware. Service if I'm honest was slightly lack lustre - no greetings, very abrupt, had to ask for water more than once, we did come a couple of hours before closing so maybe it had been a busy day and they were just fed up? Service was also very slow, this was because they didn't tell us we had to order at the counter and as we couldn't attract the waiters attention we were left waiting for quite a while. the chef made up for the service as he came up to us and made sure everything was good - his attention to detail made me think he may even be apart of management/the owners.

I'd defo would be back if I was in the area but this would be more of a treat place as it's not...

Fantastic staff and Fantastic FOOD!!! 🤌🏽💯 After a family trip to Legoland we decided to stop at BLOOM, a highly recommended spot from all our friends Newcastle. It definitely did not disappoint!!

The atmosphere was perfect even though we went at a busy period, it wasn’t loud that we had to shout over the table. The decor is so elegant too!! It’s the most perfect place to go I couldn’t recommend it enough, if you’re heading out for a birthday treat, spending time with family or meeting up with friends, it’s the perfect spot for any occasion.

Everything was absolutely 10 out of 10 as mentioned we arrived at a busy time and I was worried incase they didn’t have a table at such short notice however the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group, meaning we hardly waited long. After ordering we didn’t need to wait long for the food. The food was ABSOLUTELY SENSATIONAL!! Food was served HOT and FRESH!

The staff were incredibly kind, endlessly polite and just soooo lovely!! The portion sizes were great I’ve been full all day and after arriving back home in the north east all I can think about is the loaded fries. I also highly recommend the chai, craving it all whilst writing this review😂

Will be taking my nephews to CBeebies land and that’s just an excuse to go visit bloom again ❤️

(Also you do not need to book or reserve tables to come here which is a massive bonus!!)

A huge shout out to Reagan the guy is phenomenal the effort he made from start to finish with us, making sure we were as comfortable as possible and everything was perfect!! As well as being such a lively and bubbly member of staff perfect front of house thank you so much Reagan and everyone at BLOOM for the fantastic...

Had heard great things about this place and everyone was eager to try this place. There is some parking outside, but this is not specifically for Bloom and is first come first serve. We were a party of 8 without a reservation and the staff in Bloom were very helpful and courteous. The atmosphere is good, but seating inside can feel a little crammed, especially at peak times.

We ordered a variety of dishes and none left me yearning for more, or with a desire to return anytime soon. The samosa chaat was, in my opinion, the best of all the dishes we ordered, but this by no means knocked my socks off or impressed me in any way.

The biggest disappointment was the pasta. The mushrooms, chicken, and pasta itself were cooked decently enough, but the sauce (if you call it that) was a major let down. The sauce was too thin, so much so the pasta was swimming in it. I don't like food going to waste, and was still unable to finish it.

We also had the loaded fries with keema. These were nice, nothing to sing about. Perfectly edible, but in all honesty if I wanted to go out with the desire to consume loaded fries, this would not be go place.

The karak Chai is nice, this is brewed in the traditional way and not through time saving powder mixes, so you get a fuller flavour. No a side note though, it is worth mentioning the in-house tea is good, but if you opt for take out (the two time my friend has done this) the take out tea has been weak and did not taste anything like in premises.

I am not about the pap, or the insta, and care more about the food than the social media posts, so I will not be returning to Bloom...
