Overall a great experience with a bit of room for improvements!

Tonight we chose a set menu of a 3 course meal which cost around £24 per person. This deal itself was a huge bargain considering the usual prices so we were extremely happy to have found this deal!! Sadly however I found there wasnt a lot of variation on this set menu, and as a pasta lover my only tomato pasta option was lasagne!

When putting through my order we were told to use the speedy order through the app however this did not work so after spending time sorting our meals we then had to change this. Instead the server took my phone(with my permission) and copied the order through to the kitchen however despite my order being wrote down for her to see she still put through a smaller beer and the normal lasagne (even though we wanted to pay extra for the all out lasagne). The drink was not a problem and she immediately sorted this for us!

The overall service was satisfactory however compared to other times that I have visited, today was slower service than usual! To shorten my review I will give a quick summary of each meal: Bruscetta- Super light and tasty however I would have liked a little less Garnish and some more onions. I still Highly recommend this dish as it was a light starter that sets your tastebuds up for an adventure of flavours!

Chilli Garlic Bread- Everything you want from a garlic bread however my spice loving partner would have liked a bit more of a kick from the chilli, as it was rather lightly spiced!

Lasagne- Decent portion however if like my partner you prefer a more meaty lasagne then this lasagne will not be for you. With a great mix of cheeses and six layers of lasagne you cannot go wrong!!

Chicken Calabrese- The cheese on this was a little too harsh for me but thats purely my own preference so I wouldnt let this affect your opinion on this meal! The meal itself was super filling and larger than it appears!! The chicken is super juicy and tender with such amazing flavours! Hidden underneath the chicken are multiple layers potatoes, which are incredible with this sauce! Such a delicious meal!!

SeaSalt Fries- Described as sea salted fries however there was hardly any salt at all! Instead there was an intense rosemary flavour (which was perfect for my partner as he loves rosemary) but I werent too fond as Im not a fan of Rosemary. The cook on these fries however was perfect!! Fluffy inside with a crispy coating, just yummy!!

Passion Fruit Cheesecake- This was my partners dish so I will be speaking his words (he is a trained chef). As a lover of passion fruit I was super excited for this but sadly it was too sweet! The passion fruit gel on top was super sweet and then to accompany this dish was more sweet passion fruit coole. This dish was a little bit of a let down however something to cut through that sweetness would take this dessert to the next level.

Choc-Banana Brownie Sundae- I personally love bananas and love brownies so I was super excited for this dessert however again I was a little dissapointed. The bananas werent ripe and I could taste this throughout. The banana brownies were questionable in flavour and the chocolate ice cream was super rich. I felt the flavours were all super rich and I think a biscuit or crumb would take this to the next level!

Overall a great experience and I highly recommend a visit. The desserts were a let down but the main event has been and still...

Overall for a first time we would give it 3/4 out of 5. Quiet midweek night out for 6 of us and pretty empty but inside is nice and inviting. The 2 staff that was on were nice friendly and happy to help with questions so 5 stars with service. Used a coupon for a free garlic bread which was pretty small so we got a small bit each but was average taste but free so can't complain on that. Drinks. Cokes etc came in bottles nicely presented with glass ice lemon but they are small and draughts are better option maybe. Tried a new cocktail which I think is pricey at nearly £9 and small no razzle dazzle. Food. Most had safer option of spaghetti bolognese and while you got a big bowl full, it was alot of spaghetti and not enough sauce which was pretty standard in flavour and we didn't think was worth nearly £15 same price as the pizza its alot and both were inconsistent in size as you can see in pics with one far smaller than the other. I tried a new dish off the new signature beef and chianti ragu. Looked amazing online with the description. Pasta tasted lovely, good presentation and filling however again was £17-£18 was missing the cheese topping and tasted good but after a few mouthfuls I was not tasting the flavours I expected but was similar to the bolognese sauce. 3 people had desserts, 2 melting puddings and 1 brownie sundae which had nice presentation again roughly £7. I would visit again but with not such a big group due to costs but we still enjoyed the evening and enjoyable just not fantastic. Im no food critic just an...

Terrible service. We waited 50 minutes before a drink order was taken, (we had to get up and ask) then when it arrived it was incorrect. It seemed busy but only about 3 staff waiting on tables, Lots of dirty uncleared tables from earlier on. After a few errors and no check back to see if everything was ok and no more drink orders taken after this. When I asked the staff member if they had been short staff she said no and that ut is always like this, she looked stressed and clearly couldnt manage, When I asked if I could leave some feedback for the manager- she told me she was the manager and this is what it’s like every day. It was outstanding that this restaurant hasn’t closed for the sheer lack of service, it felt dirty, tables were filthy and were not being cleared. We were then approached by another staff member who then said she was the manager in training, all in all this restaurant was a complete shambles. I would suggest new managers as these two couldn’t cope, Or even a training programme that teaches them not to slag off your team to the customer. We were offered a complimentary drink and a reduced bill. However we will not be returning to the Solihull restaurant. And as suggested by the manager “maybe we will get better service in resorts world instead”. Utterly...

My partner and I arrived and were sat at a table, the manager took our order which was for 1 gluten free vegan margarita pizza, a vegan rainbow lasagne chips and a calamari side. To start off our poor experience the pizza was made incorrectly the cheese was clearly not vegan and the base was not the normal gluten free base, as my partner is a coeliac and has a milk allergy this would have caused serious effects had it have gone unnoticed, the manager replaced the pizza to the correct order after we mentioned our thoughts. The calamari was over cooked and resembled eating pork scratchings. To finish off our poor experience there was a blue plaster in the vegan rainbow lasagne, this for us was the final straw for our visit, we quietly mentioned this to a waitress following our request for a manager, who then proceeded to offer us the meal to be re-cooked. A very VERY poor meal that has left myself and my parter, who previously loved visiting your restaurant due to your allergen menu, not wanting to return and frankly feeling quite unwell due to the thought of eating contaminated food
