Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Mid Sussex

Shambles, quite frankly!!! Long queue of customers, no sense of an organisated system and dirty crockery etc strewn everywhere, including along the coffee stained counter where customers wait for their drinks!! To add insult to injury the staff served another member of staff who was at the back of the queue before everyone else!!! When I challenged the queue jumper he just said nonchalonchy 'I'm staff - I'm on a break!' as if this is acceptable! When I said he should queue like anybody else he just grunted and sauntered off! Ahem! No! Staff should queue like everyone else! The young lady serving obviously heard this and banged my coffee down on the top uncermoniously and strutted off in a petulant manner!! Used to be really good before covid lockdowns when Sammie was the Manager!!! Seriously guys, get your act, and some sort of system, together!!!! And remember customers come first! Oh! and get rid of the click and collect system - then maybe customers queuing in the cafe can get served before their hair...

The woman who served me didn't understand my drink... it's a basic venti blonde vanilla iced latte with vanilla sweet cream cold foam.

Unfortunately what she read out to me is not what I ordered. Where she missed out the vanilla syrup within the coffee, my drink turned out bitter. So much so, I had to divert extra to come home to add my own!!! Not the experience you aim for on a passing experience within the supermarket.

Wasn't the man's fault who made my drink, purely confusion on the till workers side. Am reluctant to return... as an ex barista, drink orders aren't that complicated. Especially a basic iced vanilla latte with a...

After a long flight we had a well deserved coffee at the best place for it in East Grinstead .👈🤙😉 Accompanied by good quality food and desserts it makes for us a memorable stay in a comfortable atmosphere . 💜 Thank you so much Barbs , Emily , Mia , Nina and rest of the girls for having us !🙏

Having tried so many Starbucks in the US on our honeymoon which we just returned from, I can honestly say that Starbucks East Grinsted tops them all . It is a conclusive fact that it is the man who gives the taste to the coffee and not the place itself !👈🤙
