Messed up my order. Missed items. When I raised with the store the man was incredibly rude and said they never make any mistakes and I was mistaken. I was advised by a friend not to use these people and I can see why I was given this advice. A shame because when they get the order correct the food is good. But the service is awful and I can’t order and be worrying about missing items. Also poor English leads to what may be unintended rudeness. For example I gave my surname when he asked for my name. He said your name is ‘used forename’ and accused me of lying about my name and had the audacity to tell me the name I had given wasn’t my name. No apology for mess up, accused me of not requesting the missing items. I order the same things every time I used to use them. I shall use them no more. Rude person driving down...

This isn't the fabulous EG Charcoal Grill anymore. It's under new management, I think the changeover was during the start of the pandemic, and the quality has dropped off a cliff. In recent months I've experienced regular mistakes with deliveries and a flippant attitude and regard to customer service. I should add to this that there is a gross misuse of Uber Eats in which whey are charging significantly more for food although they aren't the deliverers, this denies the deliverer a decent tip because people are overpaying for their food. EG CG has usually been good, however lately awfully . Ordered a lamb donner last week with chilli sauce got home stone cold..... Not a drop of sauce !! Went back this week and expressed my disappointment with last week's order. Given a small discount. Ordered this week small chicken shish with garlic sauce for the wife and my usual lamb donner with chilli sauce . Got home served up meal ! Wife's shish covered in chilli sauce . Lamb donner stone cold. Wife's meal in the bin as she hates chilli, I chewed through a thorough disgusting donner ! We always go and order in shop and wait so the order can be fresh and hot ......... Time to find a different weekly...
