⭐☆☆☆☆ Pathetic and embarrassing experience

I have never experienced something this ridiculous at a so-called Domino’s offers eat in, yet when we ordered mac and cheese, they didn’t provide a fork or spoon. Not a single piece of cutlery. When we asked, the staff casually told us to go across the street to Tim Hortons and take cutlery from there!

Seriously? How disrespectful and humiliating is that supposed to be? Imagine sitting in Domino’s, walking into another shop like a beggar just to grab a fork, and then walking back with your food getting cold. Completely unprofessional and pathetic. If the same owner really holds both franchises, it’s even worse treating customers like it’s some kind of joke.

Domino’s, if you’re offering dine-in, the absolute minimum expectation is to provide utensils to eat the food you sell. Instead, you embarrassed us and made the whole experience feel cheap and insulting. I'm not happy with the way my order was handled last night. I placed my order at 8.20pm, when the driver turned up he had someone else's order. An hour after I originally ordered my food finally arrived. Whilst eating my food another driver arrives with someone else's order yet again! Then gone 10pm another driver turns up claiming I haven't paid. I sent my partner to collect the pizza and by this time he is asleep in bed so I do not know if it has been paid but the driver would not leave, he also disturbed family members by calling the bell so late at night. As of this time being 1.40 am pizza ordered at midnight. As of yet my food has not arrived. According to the checker it's been in quality control for 60 mins now but has not been sent out for delivery. For the last half an hour been trying to call them about the food and as of yet no one has answered. Also have tried to call customer support but they are having a training day and so can't help. Would have thought this type of thing would be perfect for trainees. Utterly useless and I expect the food will be stone cold if it ever actually arrives. Think I will eat else...
