Possibly the worst nandos restaurant i have ever visited.
Please note, nandos replied and apologised for the speed issue but that was not really the only problem!
We arrived at about 7:55 and waited at the door for a good 5 minutes before i saw any staff. Was eventually asked by a member of staff how many in my party and was shown to a table
"Been this branch before mate" i was asked, to which i said yes and we sat down
Since we knew what we wanted, i ordered online via the app, which was ordered and paid for at 8:04
At 8:15 i went to the counter to ask if my order had been placed for our table. The same staff member looked confused, asked another member of staff and then told me "yeh".
I asked if we were to wait for the drinks or would they come with the food, and again they asked another staff member who told them to give us the glasses which they did.
Took the empty glass to our table and went to get sauces and cutlery. There were only two napkins left in the holders which i took.
Around 8:35 our food was brought over "it's hot" we were told.
That's the last we saw of anyone. We weren't asked if we wanted anything else, nobody came and asked us if everything was ok and eventually at around 9pm we left
The food was not bad, but the service was generally the worst i had ever experienced in any nandos restaurant anywhere in the uk

AVOID THIS PLACE- I regret to say that my recent visit to Nando's was by far the worst dining experience I have ever encountered. If it were possible to give no stars, I would. My family and I suffered severe food poisoning after consuming undercooked chicken, leading to a distressing and challenging time for us all.
The undercooked chicken not only ruined our meal but also resulted in serious health repercussions. My entire family, including my 3-year-old son who suffers from diabetes, experienced such severe food poisoning that my children had to miss school. To date, my little boy has not fully recovered, amplifying the distress caused by this unfortunate incident.
The lack of proper food preparation and the subsequent health consequences have left a lasting negative impression. I feel compelled to share this experience to caution others and hope that the necessary improvements are made to prevent such incidents in the future.
I sincerely urge Nando's management to prioritize food safety and customer well-being. This experience has not only affected our enjoyment of a meal but also had serious consequences for our health and daily...
