Nando's Milton Keynes - Kingston Centre — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

Possibly the worst nandos restaurant i have ever visited.

Please note, nandos replied and apologised for the speed issue but that was not really the only problem!

We arrived at about 7:55 and waited at the door for a good 5 minutes before i saw any staff. Was eventually asked by a member of staff how many in my party and was shown to a table

"Been this branch before mate" i was asked, to which i said yes and we sat down

Since we knew what we wanted, i ordered online via the app, which was ordered and paid for at 8:04

At 8:15 i went to the counter to ask if my order had been placed for our table. The same staff member looked confused, asked another member of staff and then told me "yeh".

I asked if we were to wait for the drinks or would they come with the food, and again they asked another staff member who told them to give us the glasses which they did.

Took the empty glass to our table and went to get sauces and cutlery. There were only two napkins left in the holders which i took.

Around 8:35 our food was brought over "it's hot" we were told.

That's the last we saw of anyone. We weren't asked if we wanted anything else, nobody came and asked us if everything was ok and eventually at around 9pm we left

The food was not bad, but the service was generally the worst i had ever experienced in any nandos restaurant anywhere in the uk

Samuel Klein-Sanchez is very friendly and helpful. Whole team were also good and great. Myself and my family had a thoroughly enjoyable visit to Nando’s! Choosing our usual full platter was clearly a great decision, as it perfectly satisfied our appetites. From the moment you arrived, the experience seemed to flow seamlessly. We were warmly greeted and promptly shown to our table, setting a positive tone for the meal.

The service was both efficient and friendly, ensuring we felt well cared for throughout the visit. Your food arrived promptly, and it met the high standard we have come to expect. The platter was hot, perfectly cooked, and this time enhanced by the addition of the new Fanta orange glaze, which was a delightful twist on an already reliable favorite.

The restaurant’s cleanliness and well-stocked condiment station added to the overall comfort of the dining experience, reflecting the team’s attention to detail An ice-cold bottle of Sagres beer was the perfect complement to my meal, providing a touch of relaxation and enjoyment.

With everything meeting or exceeding expectations—delicious food, welcoming service, and a pleasant environment—it’s no surprise we left without a single complaint. It’s always a pleasure to enjoy a seamless and satisfying outing, and Nando’s delivered...

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience - Severe Food Poisoning!!

AVOID THIS PLACE- I regret to say that my recent visit to Nando's was by far the worst dining experience I have ever encountered. If it were possible to give no stars, I would. My family and I suffered severe food poisoning after consuming undercooked chicken, leading to a distressing and challenging time for us all.

The undercooked chicken not only ruined our meal but also resulted in serious health repercussions. My entire family, including my 3-year-old son who suffers from diabetes, experienced such severe food poisoning that my children had to miss school. To date, my little boy has not fully recovered, amplifying the distress caused by this unfortunate incident.

The lack of proper food preparation and the subsequent health consequences have left a lasting negative impression. I feel compelled to share this experience to caution others and hope that the necessary improvements are made to prevent such incidents in the future.

I sincerely urge Nando's management to prioritize food safety and customer well-being. This experience has not only affected our enjoyment of a meal but also had serious consequences for our health and daily...
