By far some of the best customer service I have experienced in a restaurant.

This stylish and modern Prezzo sits opposite the MK dons stadium and caters for a wide range of Italian food lovers with options for vegetarians, vegans and those who are gluten intolerant.

The food was all cooked excellently with the chefs taking pride in their work and serving some food personally. Each meal I was served here was always well portioned, so was filling without being too much. The quality of the ingredients was very good and preparation and serving was excellently timed.

The staff truly make this restaurant and were attentive and considerate from when I walked through the door to when I left. They were always polite and would make sure you were happy and comfortable. They all clearly liked their jobs and enjoyed working with each other. I was checked on enough to make sure I was okay but not too much to feel rushed, or too little to feel disregarded.

During the covid crisis, hygiene and health considerations are incredibly important and I am pleased to say that every effort is being put into making the restaurant safe. I watched as the table and chairs next to me were carefully, completely cleaned and then disinfected before anyone could sit at them again.

Attention to detail is what this restaurant excels at.

I only have a few criticisms but I do still have some. The menu does lack many options for those with particular dietary needs marking it potentially challenging if you have intolerances and are particular about your food. Secondly, an increase in the number of alcohol-free drinks would be very welcome. The mocktails I tried were excellent but there weren't very many to choose from. From what I experienced though, these were the only issue.

We went in this afternoon for dinner with our 1 and half year old. We were asked to wait in nearly a full empty restaurant for tables. 3 elderly people were seated before us when we clearly went in first. We had to wait 10 mins before we could be seated again I state restaurant was empty. There were no more than 3 staff serving and were miserable. We then waited nearly 20 mins before we got served to give our orders, which in this time the people seated before us had ordered and been served their starters. I ordered veg stick for my daughter, again about 20 mins we waited. After an hr which our empty plates had not be taken I had to ask when we would be served our meals, they then came straight after. We had our food and then waited and waited but were yet again ignored, so we decided to pack up to go. We hadn't had our table cleared not been asked how our meals were or even asked about pudding, by this time we had been in there 2hrs. I had paid for my childs ice cream which she didnt even get. I went to pay and even said to the waitress my little girl hasn't even had her ice cream which is included in her meal as we have been waiting far too long. I got shrug of the shoulders and continues to take my payment. Food was nice but what's food without decent service and 2hrs waiting...

Food was mediocre. I ate it because I am heavily pregnant & was hungry but I didn’t enjoy it very much. Calamari was not crispy, dip was nice, prawns overdone & garnish not as advised on menu. Fries ok but expensive for a tiny bowl & salty. Other people had pasta and portions are small & consistency looked dry not saucy.. The place was dim & half empty but we sat at 2.30 so probably in between lunch/dinner. Service - I asked for table water, I never got it but there was time for staff to sit and eat instead. We used a voucher, just had mains & after being asked if we wanted desert or coffee a second time & declined we were brought the bill without asking for it which is just rude and the place was half empty so we weren’t delaying the table. Also FYI it is a cashless venue which when questioned Penelope said it says it on the receipt, my friend wasn’t allowed to pay cash at the end. It’s no good telling people at the end. For all these reasons I wouldn’t choose to eat here again. I don’t usually eat at chains and this reminded me why! I guess it depends what your expectations are.
