wagamama bletchley — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

Food is seriously hit and miss, always 10-20 minutes late with my order when I come in for collection, beef ramen noodles is normally presented immaculately but the last two times the meat has been really poor, noodles soggy as a wet dog 🐕 and there was barely any veg. I asked the staff if they are always late especially when the place was almost empty with only a few people, they just shrugged their shoulders and couldn't muster a response. Never going to wagz in bletchley ever again, in fact I'm so put off by the disservice that I will never visit bletchley period. The place is rife with toxicity unlike anywhere else. Another thing with wagz I'm bletchley is, it's full of left wing liberals (Staff & Consumers) who make it their wish to give me the most uncomfortable unnerving time whenever it's busy and I have to stand there like a mug waiting for my late food to finally be ready whilst feeling extremely uncomfortable. They play the most awful music you end up with sweaty armpits and you have to reposition your backside on the chairs continuously to try and squirm your way through the cringeworthy music they play when it's busy and choc full of left wing people. When wagz is empty the staff stop giving into everyone's vibes and they start dreaming by the tills. Absolute sheep robots the whole lot of them! That's the last time I'm going near any wagamama, sticking to PHO the Vietnamese restaurant it's hundred...

Disgusting service from the staff. We were a group of 3 thinking let’s get some food after watching a movie next door at the cinema, as we approached the door a female very rudely and abruptly stopped us to tell us there’s a 15 minute wait in the door. To which we understood and replied saying that’s okay no worries! After waiting and being seated, we were ignored for 15 minutes! We noticed there were 3 other tables that were sat after us who had already been served and 2 of which had received drinks. When trying to get the attention of a member of staff they continually looked at us and ignored us. The same woman that stopped us at the door continuously gave us disgusted looks! We decided we’d rather not dine where we’re clearly not welcome! And left without even getting the chance to order. No apology or question asked as to why we decided to leave! We’ve visited other branches which have never been so rude to us. Most definitely will not be returning and would only recommend if you want to be treated with awful service! As a side note we felt this is due to us being from a south Asian background as all the other tables were clearly Caucasian. There was a south Asian family in front of us who were seated however when in line this same lady was being rude to them also. Really...

I went here today with 2 friends at just after 5pm There were only about 6 other tables taken so the place was empty. We were seated and drinks order taken promptly. A few minutes later we ordered our food. After taking our order the waitress came back to our table to say one of the dishes we had ordered was not available. No problem we said and chose something else of the menu. 2 of the meals arrived but no sign of the third meal which was the replacement order for the item that was not available. A few minutes later I asked the waitress where the third meal was and she said it was almost ready. Another 10 minutes passed and by this time the two of us had finished our meals. The waitress came to clear the table and again I asked where the third meal was! Oh it’s just coming she said!! You can clearly see the chefs working at Wagamama’s and they were both standing there doing nothing! I told her to cancel the meal that hadn’t arrived and we would just pay for the 2 meals we had received. I could have made a fuss but I didn’t. There was absolutely no apology and when she bought the card machine for me to pay she couldn’t even bring herself to say thank you! It was almost as if it was my fault that the food never arrived!
