Visited for the first time today, on a dreary and rainy Sunday afternoon.
Welcomed in by very friendly staff, seated and given a high chair which was put up by staff as well.
Noticed how well decorated and very clean the place is, staff were continually cleaning all over whilst we were there.
Quick and good service, had breakfast which is reasonably priced, I would be interested to know what sausages are used as I think they may be catering sausages.
Menu is very varied, from types of foods ans different countries cuisines. Usually I take this as a bad sign, but not sure here.
Food arrived suspiciously quickly, but was more than edible and went down well. The kids portion was huge as well, only downside being my poached eggs were overdone, but that's a risk you take anywhere.
Some of the desserts seem to be pre-bought from a wholesalers, but I dont blame them not being homemade. However, there as other local cafes/establishments who I think make homemade desserts and offer similar countries cuisines.
I hope this place doesn't get lost amongst similar cafes, it was a pleasant experience and the staff and service...

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Tea and Toast Turkish Restaurant, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our first visit was for lunch, where we enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes, all freshly prepared and full of authentic Turkish flavors. Every bite was a delight, and the quality of the food clearly reflected the care and passion of the kitchen team.
Impressed by our lunch, we returned the next morning for breakfast — and once again, Tea and Toast did not disappoint! The omelette was perfectly cooked, rich, and fluffy, while the English breakfast was hearty, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Whether you're looking for a relaxed breakfast or a memorable lunch, Tea and Toast Turkish Restaurant is definitely a place worth visiting. We can't wait to...
Read moreI visited Tea and Toast on Wednesday at around 11:00 with a hankering for a good English brekkie.
I’ve only visited this cafe once before a long time ago, I believe it was under different management then but could be mistaken.
I received a very warm and friendly welcome by the young waitress who after I’d taken my seat in the booth took my initial drinks order.
After this I made my way to the counter and placed an order for the special breakfast. This consists of two sausages, two eggs, beans, three? rashers of bacon, toast, and tomato.
My order arrived very quickly and was piping hot.
I tucked into my breakfast with gusto and I polished the lot off. It was delicious 👌
The waitress placed a small plate on the table with what I believe were two Turkish delight pieces. A very nice little touch.
Before I left I used the gents which were clean, sanitary and in good order.
Overall I would very much recommend Tea and Toast. The food is great and the service is excellent, the staff are...
