It makes a nice change to have some different but tasty new places to eat Milton Keynes (MK). The MK food scene is really growing with a diverse array of restaurants and cuisines, and it is great try Khyber chefs for the first time. The service was attentive and friendly. We were recommended by the very friendly owner the Lahori Churgha- Chicken. When it comes on its serving dish it looks so appetising. It’s a baby chicken marinated and roasted in Afghan spices. Perfectly cooked, moist and tasty. We also tried the chapli Kebab-beef, which are large flat patties of beef spiced well and cooked. It’s a cross between a middle eastern kofta and a Indian shami kebab. Complimentary you are given 3 condiments; a tomato base condiment, a yoghurt based one and a coriander-garlic-chilli one. Whilst they were all very tasty, the later I was addicted to. The peshaweri naan we ordered was a show piece when brought to the table. It’s not the peshaweri naan that we have been programmed to believe should be with coconut and taste sweet. It’s a tasty plain nan that is not laden with tons of ghee (thankfully). We are definitely coming again, and we have been highly recommended the Lamb Chursi Karahi. I am a big fan of karahi style dishes and am looking forward to this. The restaurant is very clean, and they give you disposable menus! Excellent idea. Thank you, Khyber Chefs, for bring something new and delicious to the Milton Keynes food scene.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with traditional Pakistani artwork and music setting the mood. The menu offered a wide array of dishes, ranging from classic biryanis and kebabs to lesser-known regional specialties. I decided to try the Chicken Karahi, a rich and aromatic dish cooked with a blend of spices and tomatoes. The flavors were truly remarkable, and the chicken was tender and succulent. The restaurant's commitment to authenticity was evident in the use of high-quality ingredients and the skillful preparation of each dish. The naan bread was freshly baked and served piping hot, making it a perfect accompaniment to the flavorful curries. What impressed me most was the restaurant's dedication to showcasing the diverse cuisine of Pakistan. They had a rotating menu featuring dishes from different regions, allowing diners to explore the culinary traditions of the country. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, willing to provide recommendations and explain the nuances of each dish. It added to the overall dining experience. In summary, dining at this restaurant was a memorable culinary adventure. Whether you're already a fan of Pakistani cuisine or looking to explore new flavors, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. It's a true gem for food enthusiasts seeking authentic and delicious Pakistani dishes.

I visit this restaurent Sunday 16/1/22 at nearly 5pm. Its good place parking is free Sunday but its little hard to find parking nearby reataurent. Train station is very near. Parking No free parking without Sunday and Mon to Saturday after normal hours. Food I try chicken 🐔 charsi karahi and daal mash taste is good its served with 3 type of source. I order peshawari naan its bigger size also they provide salad as well. Salad 🥗 didn't look so fresh. Waiting time They make fresh food so normally 15 to 20 mint waiting time. Restaurent not busy so they deal you so urgent. Staff Staff and owner very polite. They deal customer very nicely and polite 👌. Bill You can pay by card and cash its not big issue to paying. Advice My advice one time need to visit this restaurant to help to grow more local businesses. Sitting area is good and clean this restaurant is perfect to visit with family and children.

I have eaten here a few times now with friends, and we only discovered this place as we were looking for something a bit different and decided to try it out upon looking at the menu, but I couldn’t recommend it more! Even from the very first time, the manager was very welcoming, friendly and helpful and so were the staff.

The service is fantastic, with very attentive and happy staff and we have never had to wait for long for anything. The menu is extensive, with plenty of different types of dishes, although my favourite has to be the chicken sheekh kabab with rice as it’s just full of flavour. The portions are a very good size, and the price is great for the quality and amount of food you get!

When I go there, they always have different desserts (there isn’t a dessert menu, you have to ask the staff what they have available that night), and they make most of the traditional desserts fresh in small batches which is why they’re different, but each dessert i’ve had there has been absolutely delicious and always catches me by surprise as to how good it is! The Halwa and Falooda are especially delicious and the managers own recipe!

We always talk to the manager now as he is such a lovely and genuine person to talk to. Khyber Chefs has definitely become one of my favourite restaurants, and one that I look forward to going to every time! If you haven’t already, check this place out, I promise you won’t be...
