So disappointed with the food , customer service and on top the plates were chipped. So firstly the food... it might be ok for someone who never tried “authentic Lebanese” food . What can I say if the basic baba ganoush and houmous they can’t get it right!!! Well the spelling of houmous on the menu should’ve been the hint for us. Anyways staff literally gives you the expression ... “ we are busy why you here go somewhere else” . We booked the table for 6 people for 8pm, we arrived at 8:03pm and we didn’t have a table. The lady had no answer she kept looking at us and making faces then looking at her diary . 10mnts later someone was leaving and asked for a bill . The lady then replied to us wait let me get their bill and I’ll clear that table for you. That’s fine no issue waiting 10mnts is not a big deal but at least talk to us !! The same lady served us food in a chipped plate and said the plate is broken but we are very busy no other plate was washed..... seriously! No sorry no smile... to be fair not only her but none of the other staff members were smiling they seemed fed up over worked or so unhappy . Shawarma🤦🏻♀️... never order shawarma in this restaurant you will not eat it again. Rice they were more like Indian boiled rice. When you enter it gives the vibe of an Indian restaurant...

Although he informed me that the dish would take 20 minutes to prepare, I was perfectly fine with that, as my friend was already eating her meal. Impressively, the chef had the new dish ready within the promised time, and I absolutely loved it – my plate was spotless by the end.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Zouk. The service was truly 100 out of 100, and Kais, the owner, was exceptional. I would highly recommend visiting this place – it’s...
