Domino's Pizza - Southampton - Totton — Restaurant in New Forest

Complete waist of time , customer service could not be any worse . After 6 times ringing the franchise I was met with a fella aggressively saying “what do you want” to me down the phone , I said that I ordered a pizza online and that on the mobile app it stated it had arrived , obviously it hadn’t so I asked where it was . Baring in mind the food already was already 20 minutes past it expected time of arrival . He said to me that I would have to wait another 20 minutes for my pizza to arrive baring in mind I am Totton based aswell . This meant that the meal was completely forgotten about and that they would have to quickly cook it and then deliver it . Eventually when the pizza did arrive I came to the door to be met by a foreign fella who couldn’t understand what I was saying when explaining that the pizza was late . He tried to perform a sales pitch on me by attempting to put the pizza into my arms so I had no choice but to take it . I said that it was too late and that we had already ate now and that we didn’t want it anymore . His attitude then changed and he got annoyed at me said “what... so your not going to take it then” . I said no again it’s too late now and he said rudely “ok bye “ and stormed off to his car . Not an apology or nothing . Don’t ever order food here , the whole system does not run well and only ends in bad quality food and...

I ordered a pizza half and half with no cranberry sauce, I have an emailed receipt proving this. I contacted the customer service team as my pizza came with cranberry sauce. They provided a photo to show that on there side of things they didn't receive the order to say no cranberry sauce, which I could respect. However the attitude, sarcasm with capital letters with quotations was immensely infuriating, how dare they, for all they know someone out there(not myself) could have been allergic there response was to deny any responsibility for there being a clear fault within there order system as there side of things didn't add up to the receipt they provided to me and my order via the app. After a heated back and forth I am still arguing with them and have had no recognition for there mistake. I will NEVER again be recommending or eating a dominos ever again. I think it is absolutely appalling and want to spread the word in case there ever becomes a more serious case...

Sadly we were dissatisfied with our pizza service yet again. This is the 3rd time now in 12 months but we enjoy the pizzas so keep coming back. We placed an order at 5pm for collection as have 2 kids that needed feeding, was told 45 mins, accepted that so did a quick food shop on the way to pick up the pizza. Received a call around 5.40pm saying they were at our property delivering the pizza, we were not there so said we were collecting as per telephone conversation. Driver said he will get new order in oven for us to collect asap. Arrived at 6pm to allow for new pizzas to be cooked and ready to grab only be told order only just gone in the oven. Pizzas ready aroubd 6.15pm to which when we got home the pizzas were warm, wedges were warm too. Not at all happy. Yes they gave us 2 free side orders for the mess up but the food wasn't even hot enough to actually enjoy. Such a shame as the pizzas are delicious...
