Greggs — Restaurant in New Forest

This greggs is possibly one of the worst I have used, It's my local and I constantly get a poor service. They will not give you a unbuttered breakfast roll (this had been the only greggs I've ever known to refuse this) I have been all over the UK in many different greggs as it's my favourite! I know they have un buttered rolls as they all do, I questioned it once and got a sigh and they went and got one.

Went in today for a sausage roll and went to pay cash, even had the right money. I was told NO, card only. I said I usually pay cash and they lady said, it's card, I am closing soon!

Well sadly due to repeated diabolical customer service I spend probably £4 a month if I'm desperate and hungry and not £100 + a month that I would at my previous greggs...

Needed some food and quick 😋. However this branch has staff who English isn't the best. Asked repeatedly about paying for my order in one go but the guy, like a parrot 🦜, kept stating that I could pay for it separately! How bizarre 🤔 🙄!. Any way, the food arrived far later than the quoted time. The pizza was nice and cooked well but the atmosphere is very strange not least because it is surgically attached to a Morrions where you can't even use your loyalty card! Parking sign stated maximum parking of 20 minutes but the guy in greggs stated I could park for 40 minutes! Do I take a mathematical average and take it from...

Without a shadow of a doubt this is the worst greggs we have ever been to, thinking it may have been a one off we popped in again today, ands again, cold bacon cold omelette, cold sausage cold slice, the staff are miserable, can’t speak English very well, so struggle to understand easy orders, 2 days in a row we waited ages and the was only a couple of people in front of us, that’s it now, sadly McDonald’s...
