Go Grill — Restaurant in Newcastle-under-Lyme

Ordered some food for collection and was really looking forward to it as we’ve had positive experiences in the past. However, first our big bottle of pop was forgotten about which we weren’t too fussed about. One of our meals had mayo on when we asked for go grill special sauce. One of the pizzas had onions on when requested not to, (which wasn’t a huge deal), so we had to phone back. Guy on the phone was very apologetic and stated that they would send out a new meal and a bottle of pop. 45 minutes later, still nothing so had to phone again. I have ordered from 3 times and all 3 times there has been a problem 🙁 1st time after waiting an hour i called up and they hadnt even received the order because of their system. 2nd time it took 90 mins to be delivered. This time was not 3rd time lucky as we didnt receive any fries with our burgers which after ringing up we got 20 mins later. Its not good when im spending over £40 for my orders. Fantastic food like always. We have been ordering from these guys since February I think. The doner meat is bang on the chips are lovely and the mango and lime peri peri chicken is really tender and lovely! Everytime we fancy a takeaway we always come to these guys.

We also ordered 2 doughnuts aswell which are really nice.

On the plus side everytime we have ordered we have always had 1 free doughnut...
