It would have been 5 stars as for over 10 years I have never had a bad meal, but the delivery driver who delivered tonight was down right rude and ignorant. I am a delivery driver myself so know good customer service right to the door is a must. My husband is absolutely fuming and I never leave reviews but he told me to do one. Take in to consideration the delivery driver has driven here not walked so why for that couple of minutes bring your phone with you to the door instead of saying to whoever your talking to can you hang on 2 mins, so he came to the door my husband answered, the driver was chatting on his phone, my husband said hey up mate and gave him the money, the driver completely ignored my husband and walked off to get change from his car, again why not bring change to the door with the food, he came back (still on the phone ) and gave my husband his change, my husband even though he was fuming said cheers mate bye as my husband has manners and he just walked off and said nothing. We ordered his quarter pounder meal with a pizza and one kebab. They sent us two kebab and forgot to send quarter pounder. We called him and he refused to believe, and ask to send picture we sent him pictures, he then first sent a person to collect the wrong order and after 30 mins he sent someone with quarter pounder. The quarter pounder lack cheese and salad, than we call him again, on which he refused to accept his mistake and said we order it like that, which was a balatant lie. We went to their shop and returned the burger.They did not apologise neither offer a refund for the burger. Will not...

Used a lot over last few years, slowly the quality has dropped, and won't be using again. It's a real shame. Wish I could post a picture from last night to demonstrate.They cannot send correct orders and so you pay extra for something and it's not provided, only offer to resend whilst everything else goes cold. However, that doesn't work both ways as we were once told the system hadn't charged us correctly and they demanded an extra pound at the door!
