The bread in my order was burnt completely black, and although they did replace it when I complained in store, they didn’t listen to the rest of my concerns. I had specifically asked for all the salad and red sauce, but this was missing. When I pointed this out, they refused to do anything and told me it was “unbeatable.”
On top of that, I was charged more than the price shown on the menu with no explanation. Overall, the service was unhelpful and dismissive, and most of the food had to be thrown away.
