Very disappointed. We were rushed from the minute we arrived.The staff were rude and abrupt.We were made to feel very unwelcome.There was no customer service.We were made to feel like they couldn't get us out quick enough.I assume,that this was because there was only two of us,and the only table available was for four people.We felt humiliated.All the staff came over as miserable.Very much like We were an inconvenience.The food wasn't the best either.It was look warm,and under cooked.The vegetables in the chowmein were in my opinion frozen,and very scant.The sauce lacked flavour.My husband had a special house curry.He said it was tasteless,and lacking in ingredients.Not what you expect in a Chinese resteraunt.We have been to this resteraunt, quite a few times over the years.The food was always nice just not amazing,but always good value.This time however we felt like we paid a lot for a terrible meal.We definitely...

Normally really good but tonight was poor.
The crispy duck wasn't as enjoyable as before. It was a bit burnt at parts. Pancakes all stuck together and were falling apart, the one at the top was already ripped and not sure why it was okay'd with quality check. Considering previous times was good it made it so different in quality.
Portion of duck in plum sauce is small and the plum sauce is quite bland and not as rich as I would expect.
Only thing I enjoyed was the tempura prawns and spring rolls.
The delivery was on time, however would be rather it took longer and be done better. Feels rushed or like there was a change to the way things ran in the kitchen tonight.

I ordered on line, luckily I was paying cash when it arrived…. The order was accepted by their web site and a delivery time of 1.5 hours was given…. We waited for 2 hours then tried to ring, there was no answer, my wife then checked their Facebook page to find that they were closed! on this date…. So pleased that we didn’t pay via the on line option so we didn’t loose any money, however our night was ruined 😡 Thanks Regent, never again ! If I could have given ‘0’ stars I would have. Disgusted!
