Overall a place we wanted to visit, but a place we may not visit unless we hear good reviews again from people who visited.

I remembered visiting Puerto Lounge at the weekend in Exeter, and I realised once we ordered that they were the same menu and price. But the tapas we ordered from Puerto Lounge was much better than any of the food we tried at Cappello Lounge.

The hot chocolate was par below compared to what we tried before. I felt the chocolateness was missing, and I could feel a mild milk taste in the background while having it.

The portion for the burger was decent, but it didn’t live up to the taste I was expecting. The buttermilk fried chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside, but it disappointed me as the flavours didn't penetrated into the chicken. I wished they would have added some solid sauce for the burger. The bacon was excellent, as anyone can cook it, and the rocket salad was decent. I expected a bit more cheese on both burgers, but I was disappointed. The best thing was the fries as they felt cooked freshly with skins.

The customer service was excellent and helpful. However, it was disappointing when we couldn’t order some of the brisket items. The ambience was amazing, with a great venue for a date. I should try some...

Newcastle Under Lyme 's ONLY place to eat!! Where does one begin? Firstly...The Staff ....they just make this place...all very cool, funky quirky and giving great service, they always loo like they are having fun at work.Then the FOOD.. nom nom nommy nom nom tasty, good portions and value for money.Gluten and Vegan diets catered for brilliantly with their own menu to rival the fab meaty eaty menu!. Now to Atmosphere. ..it's Just zinging.. If the music doesn't entertain you then eclectic auction house Oil Paintings will. Where else can you view Lenin in deep discussion with Bolsheviks alongside a Noël Edmund lookalike and my nan in a velvet dress. Tate gallery eat your heart out. Awesome! Cappello lounge has hosted my daughters 8th Birthday, my birthdays , Christmas cocktails and usually me on my day off reading a book and having a baileys coffee at 10am or the Brunch. After tonight honestly could not rate this place more if I tried. The word Amazing doesn't even come close.

My partner and I always find it extremely difficult to eat out anywhere due to the fact that I am celiac and he is vegetarian.

We Did not realise untill tonight the size of not only their vegetarian menu, but also their gluten free menu aswell.(its massive)

So next, due to the covid 19 we don't like being out in public for longer than I need to if I can help it, but it was our anniversary so really wanted to do something. Our idea was to get a take away from one of the restaurants and take it to a hill side or something along those lines and eat in the car, with a nice view.

They informed us that their take away stuff had not been baught in yet, so they very kindly lent us a set of the children's cutlery (which we will be returning soon) so we could still enjoy our anniversary night out.

They were all very happy and cheerful which was amazing to see after a very busy shift, and were so attentive to all of our wants and needs.

10/10 and will definitely...
