Fantastic restaurant that offers a wide range of freshly prepared Lebanese dishes plus parmos. We tried a mix of cold and hot starters and shared a main. We were completely stuffed after two hours of eating but our leftovers were bagged up and we were able to eat them for lunch the next day. We tried the kibbeh - really crunchy on the outside and packed full of juicy minced lamb & onions. The arayas were new to us and we'll definitely order them again - spicy kofte meat spread thinly between flatbreads and fried, served with pomegranate seeds and lettuce. The Beyruty humus was fantastic due to the inclusion of chopped green chillis along with whole chickpeas. Thick & creamy labneh with lashings of extra virgin olive oil and mint; vegetable moussaka which just melted in the mouth and was proper comfort food; the batata hara featured just the right amount of red and green peppers and the foul medames were a revelation - soothing, interesting flavours & nourishing. Our mix of grilled meats - chicken, cubed lamb and koftes were well spiced and juicy and the flatbreads were bigger than our heads, but light and not too filling. The owner was welcoming and friendly and the bright yellow sign & gold, glittery walls were the perfect antidote to the damp and dreary day outside. Highly recommended. We parked in the Morrisons car park and combined this trip with the weekly shop...

I have had several take away and the food has been delicious, so last week I took my mum for a sit in meal. We shared a hummus with bread and had chicken skewers with rice The service was first class and the food was some of the best food I have had in a long time. The chicken was so flavoursome and tender. The rice it delicious and it’s all piping hot. They also gave us a beautiful rose flavoured pano cotta, which is stunning It was so good that I took friends again this week. 4 of us ate we had bread and chilli and garlic dips 4 chicken skewers with rice or chips 2 mango drinks 2 cokes and it was less than £75 We could not believe the quality of their restaurant DO NOT LET ITS LOCATION PUT YOU OFF This is one of the nicest friendliest restaurants that serve amazing food for a very reasonable price. I will Be coming...

Arrived after 9pm and got seated in a lovely window table. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. Started with humous and tabbouleh which were quite astonishingly nice. Then for the mains we shared a mixed grill comprising chicken skewers, lamb skewers, lamb shish, peppers and rice. We also ordered sambousek lamb and a falafel and halloumi wrap. Lovely ambience and absolutely gorgeous food. We also had a few drinks including a lovely mango lassi and a few soft drinks. We really cannot fault the place and will be coming back with friends on a regular basis. We were so complimentary about the food and the restaurant that the staff brought us a gorgeous...

I love this place, I would go as far as saying its the best restaurant in Newcastle! The food is so tasty, seasoned lovely and the meat is so soft and tender. The flavours are un matched. Service is great friendly and professional and place is lovely and clean. My favourite thing to order here are the mixed food platters. Big portions, loads of meat and get taste. Totally recommend and lots to choose from for dietary needs.
