Domino's Pizza - Newcastle - Cowgate — Restaurant in Newcastle upon Tyne

Sadly terrible Domino's this one. Ordered once from here, here's why. First time I ordered I thought, fair enough I live in a new estate, my house isn't even listed on the map yet, gave the driver very specific instructions to find my house, instead the dude keeps ringing me, doesn't talk to me and I hear in the background "help me, I'm a delivery driver" before the phone being passed on to a random bystander that tries to figure out where my house is.. turns out the dude went to Throckley. I live in Callerton, literally one straight road from my house to the store. This happened another 2 times.. needless to say the food came cold. Tried to order again, now my house does come up listed on the map.. but apparently not on their website.. the post code is there, along with a bunch of houses that don't exist yet, but mine isn't. Ring the store, ask how to sort it, the guy's reply is, oh yeah I remember delivering to you, write it on the special instructions, but if the food comes cold it's your responsibility.. considering I did that last time and your driver ended up in Throckley, no thank you. Also, they didn't have wedges.. what kind of Domino's runs out of potato wedges? There ain't no potato shortage. Never again,...

Do not use!! We've been ordering from the Gateshead store recently but they transfer your order to Cowgate for some reason!! This store constantly forget items from your order, tonight is at least the 6th time we've been missing something and after the driver had a heated discussion with the back seat passenger in his car he told me he couldn't find the potato wedges we'd ordered and paid for with the pizza, he then had the cheek to ask me "do you want them" - erm yes we do that's why we've paid for them!! They were supposed to be sending some sent in 10 minutes 40 minutes later and with no answer from the store who I've been ringing constantly for the last 25 minutes (probably won't pick up because they remember me complaining the last time) I can honestly say AVOID...

Hit and miss, we order here regularly most times the food is nice but now and again it's not great, the nachos you hardly get any cheese or sauce and pay 3.99 which for that you would expect a lot of cheese and sauce. Also sometimes the pizzas come with loads of cheese and sauce and other times when you specifically ask for double cheese and sauce and pay the extra you end up getting next to nothing on it. Would be better just to order a pizza with the right amount of cheese and sauce and not have to pay any extra you spend enough as it is. Also they have a habit of delivering part of your order and 9 times out of 10 there is always something missing they do sort the problem but by then it's to late and Sides are nice but portions...
