Stood waiting to place an order to be told "one minute" repeatedly. 4 people standing around, one persona actually making pizza. Person who was on the phone sounded like someone was not very happy with their order being late/missing

Orders on the side pilling up, One driver seemed to saunter in, stand and chat and not even look. One guy went outside for a vape and came back in, blaming me and the other customers in the shop.

Other 4 people could have taken my order. Wasn't ordering a football teams worth of orders, only wanted a pizza with a stuffed crust. Left after 10 mins of standing being ignored.

Avoid. It's a shambles at best. Never had good service here. Only good thing is the wait area is...

Yesterday night, I ordered the 11.5’ veggie supreme pizza, it was received with a hard burnt base and was extremely dry. I called in to the Gosforth store near to 10:44 pm. My children were hungry and I couldn’t feed them.The lady who answered the phone claimed to be a manager, but refused to accept the fault with their food.It was so disappointing and never had such a situation before with domino’s. I requested for a refund, however the lady did not give me either a reference/ or her name to claim the refund from. She was very offensive and defensive. My grandson ordered on line to pick up, we arrived at the takeaway at approx 6.35 I sat outside to wait and wait and wait. About 4 people went in after him and came out, drivers in and out. I eventually went to see what was the wait it was now 7.05.. 2 people making pizzas, 2 just chatting completely ignored me, eventually popped his head round I asked how much longer for his pizza to be told oh it’s been here ages.
