The service was terrible, and the food was mediocre.
We ordered a vegetable pizza with cheese, a broccoli pizza with cheese, a Caesar salad, and a caprese burrata cheese. After five minutes, the waitress apologized for throwing our order in the trash and returned it. We waited an hour and a quarter for the order to arrive. When we asked about the delay, knowing that other customers had waited half an hour and received their orders before us, the waitress gave an unconvincing answer. It seemed like she hadn’t recorded our order. We tried to cancel the order, but the waitress said it would be delivered within five minutes, but it arrived after 25 minutes.
In addition to the poor service, the food was not worth the price we paid. We ordered two pizzas (ORTOLANA with SALSICCIA AND FRIARTELLE), a Caesar salad, a caprese burrata salad, and a soft lemonade. They added a 10% service charge.
It was a truly awful experience at this restaurant.

In response to your comment about my rudeness to the employee, I want to clarify that what you heard is not true. I asked to cancel the order, which is my right, and I did not say any inappropriate words. Calling me rude reflects your attitude towards customers.
Regarding the service fees, I did not choose to pay them, and no one informed me that they were optional.
When the appetizers were finished, the waitress removed the plates. It was clear that the main course would be served soon, not after an hour and a quarter of removing the appetizer plates. This lack of professionalism in serving is evident.
After reading other negative customer reviews and your responses, I understand the poor treatment that customers receive here.

Edit: I'm sorry but what your employees said is not totally true. Yes we were 12 people and yes we paid in separate way, it's fine make an error, we are humans. So we before paid the extra and than we check our cards and asking the waiter for more information because we thought there was an error. As I said, it can happen and the waiter was nice and respectful. Than the pizza guy start yelling that was not his fault but a waiter fault and said to me "what do you want from me take the money and go" in really rude way. I didn't want to ruined the birthday so I only said "you are not make me a favor, we are counting again the receipts with the waiter and we are right" than this guy took 20 pounds from the table THROW them to me and said "go away". Read moreOur first visit today and it definitely won’t be the last! We were warmly welcomed and offered a choice of tables upstairs. The restaurant had a lovely relaxed and comfortable feel and our server was excellent. Helpful, friendly and he never rushed us.
We both had the Pepperoni pizza and it was absolutely beautiful! One of the nicest pizzas I’ve ever had and unquestionably the best Neapolitan pizza I’ve had. The size was perfect and the toppings beautiful and just the right amount. The cheeses and the tomato sauce were so flavourful and the pepperoni was particularly good, thick slices with a lovely flavour. The dough was absolutely amazing!! The flavour, the texture, everything - just perfect! We loved everything about it and we will look forward to returning very soon.
